leggings would be hot under that little number!!  Now you need some armwarmers girl, that go clear up to your elbows, maybe in the crazy lasasndri style!   then you'd be set with many layers you could take off to adjust to the appropriate temperature.   Grin
That'd be awesome! XDD

So monkeys... and I will probably make that fawn for someone else - she really wanted the pink frosting one, but I would rather stick with the original.  Sometimes simple is best.

The original? I didn't make mine based on any pattern in a book nor have I ever studied a pattern for a deer. Besides, I'm not selling or sharing the pattern for the Pink Frosting one right now anyway  Smiley

bhean fulfilled my wish for a bright colored tote bag with a zipper and it came in the mail earlier this week.  It's a wonderful bag and the workmanship is fantastic!  Notice the craftster symbol on it, well that's a piece of paper in a window pocket.  That pocket is accessible from the inside and I can change the picture if I want to - isn't that a neat idea to put on a bag.  THANKS bhean! I love this bag.  (hmmm, maybe I should have ironed it before taking a picture)

Haha, so now you all have me thinking about adding a section onto my wishlist asking for armwarmers, legwarmers, and other accessories that match the hat and dress! I think I just might have to.  Cheesy

I love that tote bag!

I recieved my fabulous package from simplyfussfree today!  Soooo many goodies!  I asked for some knitting supplies and heres the great package I recieved:

First of all the wool (or yarn, depending on where your from):

I absolutely adore the red mixed wool.  Its got the most lovely colours running through it and red is a favourite colour of mine, particulary this shade of red.  Now I just have to decide what I'm going to make with it.  I have to make sure I do it justice!

I also got circular needles and they are bamboo as well!  I have never knitted in the round before but I have been wanting to try for a while now, and these will spur me on to finally give it a go!  And to finish of the package, I got some really lovely hand made stitch markers.  I particulary love the japanese(?) style ones:

and a close up of the stitch markers:

Thank you again for the most lovely package and for being the most amazing swap partner (is that the term still used for ongoing swaps?) and making this a really good first swap for me!

I can tell you, Fall is composed of

1 part dead fish smell
1 part wet leaves
1 part arctic chilled air (not winter chilled variety)
2 parts crunchy walking
a pinch very cold rain
some apples you picked yourself
a few very still moments
a good deal of inner reflection
