i was inspired by this crafty lady:
https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=39246.0

here are the two sides:

i used a wrap skirt i already had and folded it in half, placed it on the fold of my fabric and just cut around it. i didn't bother tracing it first-yes i'm that lazy! but it worked.
i added the tie/waistband thingy and a button hole in the waist band to pull the tie through.

Gorgeous! Once my sewing machine is back from being lent out, I must make one. Reversible clothes give you that much more choice in a small wardrobe Cheesy Great job!

OH EMM GEE!!!!

Amagad, I love it! Love it, love it love it. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Kay. I'm good.

But seriously! That is a b-e-a-utiful skirt... I love the reversable-ness (if that's a word Undecided) and the fabric is... yes. Wonderful.

Tonight's Mission: Clone this skirt. Even though I have no fabric.

it's gorgeous! I have some Amy Butler fabric that would be SOOOO perfect for that. So, can I ask pretty please, did you follow a pattern or wing it? Any chance for a tutorial? Grin

Or at least, if not, tell me if the skirt is a circle or half circle or something? does it have side seams?
