I just bought the book today. And you're correct, there's not too, too much different in the book than you'd find on Craftster. But Craftster is an awesome group project.  Smiley Could anything out cool this site? I doubt it. This website covers so much it'd be difficult to find a book that covered crafts not already posted here (in one way or another).

I love Alterna Crafts. I already made the Pirate T shirt. Which I phreakin' adore!!!

Now I can wear my hideous powder blue (it was a gift) T shirt!

awsome make
its really amazing what people can make with there hand

i own this book and i love it! it's always a good idea to look through craft books before buying them though!

Apple & Tree

Apple and Tree believes in the philosophy of re-using before recycling. We make one of a kind pieces using salvaged items as base material and offer authentic vintage fashions.

I've made a couple of the projects. The wallet made from wrappers is my favorite. I did one from a Ribina carton for my ex and one from a packet of Monster Munch for a secret santa. The projects are basic but that isn't always a bad thing. It's a good entry level craft book.

I bought this book before I found Craftster, so it was awesome!! I made the pants to skirt and its what got me into resin crafts!
I totally agree though, compared to the amazing Craftster...its pretty tame.  Smiley
