Some shtuff what I have stencillified.

I forgot to take process pics, but I think you can imagine. This was a plain white tank top, then I saw the same (I'm so sorry I cannot remember who posted and I blatently ripped it off, but it was a hit!) design and I had been thinking about a fermata over the word "me" for some time but thought this was better for my music A level buddy:

And this one I made for my brother, cos he's a big Hot Water Music fan, but very picky, and very poor.

I've done a fair few others, but I can't find the pictures of them :S

I'm having trouble:

a) finding (affordable) textile medium around the Reading area of England and
b) some of the wording on another shirt is starting to fade. Sad

I like them both . . . but LOVE the hold me.
I've not picked my flute in years and had forgotten the "hold" sign.
From your bro's body language, it looks it it was a hit with him.
Good job!

He's trying to look tough, but I think he likes it.

I've not seen boobies wearing her shirt since I gave it to her, and I made one for another friend at Christmas which I've not seen either.

Does anyone else ever get that? People don't wear the gifts...? Maybe it's cos mine are crap Sad

Some people just don't appreciate hand made goodness.  Roll Eyes I *know* the stuff I make is better than anything you can buy mass produced and the majority of people I give it to never use it. This is t-shirts, bags, soaps, you name it.

So, dude, their issue, not your work!

I sell stuff too! SkyWorks ~ It's all about the wistlists, babeee!

I do personal swaps... PM me.

Love both shirts!!  I esp. like the "Hold Me"!!  Ditto on people not using or wearing gifts you make. I  really work hard on items I make for family and friends and when they don't use them it really bothers me.  But, I still keep making stuff!!! Roll Eyes

I really like Pebeo Setacolour for stencilling on fabric. It's very pigment rich so you don't need too much (you may even be able to thin it a little but I'm not sure). Haven't had any fading problems. Your shirts are very cool. I'd definitely wear them!

today was good, today was fun, tomorrow is another one.   Dr Suess

those are both great! for the fading problem, heat set the paint for 3-5 minutes after it's dry. just put a towel over the stencil and iron away; that should help prevent any fading. also, wash it inside out. hope these tips help, and happy stenciling!
