I made a coffee cozy/sleeve from a neck tie.

It'll be a gift for my aunt's birthday.
I got the neck tie from the resale shop for $0.90!  The button is functional.

Make your own!

super duper cute Smiley I have been playing around with trying to make a couple different type coffee cozies Smiley My question for you....does it really keep your hand cool? I would kinda sorta think that with it being silk or faux silk that it would not resist the heat that well. Am I wrong? I have been playing with wool because it seems to hold its own the best against heat...which is the main goal of the cozy.

Thanks and its super duper cute, I am always a fan of things to do with ties...there are a gazillion at the thrift shops
