This year I will be offering two different sets. The first will be a metal stamped tree that says "Craftster Christmas 2019" and the second will be a plastic canvas cactus with felt Santa pieces. I'll add photos soon.

I am offering 3 Craftster Christmas Tree
(I haven't decided on how I am hanging them yet.)

I am also offering 3 Cactus Santa
(They will look similar to this.)

Endymion, they're all so cute that I can't imagine any of us complaining about any minor differences.

Goldfishpollywog, thank you, thank you, thank you for increasing your offerings to six! That increases the chance that we might be lucky enough to get a pair of those adorable mice.

I finished my pinwheels and finally took photos. The fabrics differ slightly but all are red and white or red and cream. They measure about 3 1/2" in diameter and have candy cane baker's twine for a hanging loop.

In a nut shell the sweat shoppe ornament swap is a grab bag style swap. Everyone crafts 3 or 6 like ornaments, and in return you will receive 3 or 6 different ornaments. Since you don't have to customize for each of your partners, a lot of people like to make their items ahead of time before signups close, but it is your choice.

Swap name:Sweat Shoppe Ornament Swap Round 10 (Ornament)
Craftster member who is organizing this swap: GatorWrangler
Sign-up date range: Oct 16 to Nov 4
PM Organizer top picks by: Nov 6, 6pm eastern
Must be finished crafting (green) by: Nov 24
Date to send item by: Nov 27

Limited to a certain number of people? (optional):25

Restricted to people who all live in the same country?NO

All ages allowed? must be over 18

This next part is for me and the Mods...
Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES
Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES/NO
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES/NO
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time: YES/NO
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES/NO
- Does not have any negative feedback: YES/NO

Details of swap:
~ Each participant will make 3 or 6 like items. For instance, 3 or 6 of 1 kind of ornament, or 3 sets of 1 kind of ornament AND 3 sets of another ornament.
~ Each item/set should be the best representation of your work, and have an estimated retail value of between $7-$10 USD. If you have any doubt, post your item in the business discussion board and see what others there think. Or you may post in the sweat shoppe ornament discussion thread https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=394576.0 ,
~ When sign ups close, I will ask everyone for a 'top picks list'. That list is a wish list, from the items that are offered, and there will be an effort to match to you, as many items on your list, the remainder of items will be randomly placed.
~ Then I will post a list on the forum for about a day. During this time, people can bring any errors to my attention. DO NOT PM ANY PARTNERS DURING THIS TIME UNTIL I GIVE THE OKAY.
~ We have a system for sending early; the master list of swappers will be color coded for those who are ready to receive items. When you are finished crafting, you will PM me, and I will change the color of your name on the master list to green, at that time you may send to any other green/ready person! I will also send out a check in PM for those who are not finished early, and at that time your status will be determined.
~ Make sure to get a Delivery Confirmation number for all Domestic shipments. If the item is International, make sure to save your receipt.
~ Feedback will be given when all items are confirmed as received.
~ Positive feedback will be given for all people complying with the craftster swap guidelines. Late senders will be recorded in the comments section, as will poor communication. If I have to track you down, for confirming you have received or sent items, this is poor communication. When an item arrives at your door, you are expected to PM the sender of an item as well as GatorWrangler, and post in the gallery.
~ there are a lot of veteran sweat shoppers here, if you have any questions please feel free to ask your questions here OR you can PM me!
~ You may put your 'name in the hat' once (for 3 items) or twice (for 6 items)

Please make a sample of what you are offering and post the picture on this thread before signups end so people can make their top picks list. And if you do not feel someone's offering meets swap requirements, please pm me before signups close.

I am offering "A Rustic Christmas". I don't know if I am doing 3 or 6 yet, but I figured even if I only do 3 people will have more to choose from.

Ok I know I am a one-trick pony, but there is comfort in crafting the familiar. Sending in my form now. I will be making 6 snowflake girls- so a variation on my little doll ornaments from years past. Here is a prototype that I whipped together quickly tonight.  All the girls will have the furry earmuffs, scarf, mittens and leg warmers. Smiley

Here's my offering:

(This may be a very small detail, but the hanging loops are opalescent white - like the hoops - and not silver as the flash made them look...just in case silver cord was a deal maker or breaker for anyone.  Tongue)

Love the snowflake girl. So cute!

Those ornament hoops are gorgeous!

Finally finished a quick work up of my Merry Mice.
Apparently, they don't travel alone but rather in pairs and will have accessories added to fit their new home.

Here is the first Vintage Kitsch Elf in a Baking Tin. I really admire the wreaths and decorations sold by Georgia Peachez and Ive been collecting garage sale Christmas trinkets for a couple of years to try to make my own. This is just the nudge I needed to make the ornaments-in-tins Ive been wanting to do.

The little elves are in different positions, so they wont all be climbing the tree like this one. Also the phrase will vary, because I have a box of them and they are all different. Trims may also vary, but they will all have the little bells at the bottom and the tinsel all around.

Hope thats okay; if not, let me know and Ill figure something out.
