It is time, again, for our friends' annual barter party! And this year The ManFlesh is contributing a couple edible items! First, a habanero hot sauce recipe he loves... and I do not eat. TOO HOT FOR MAMA! Pobre Culito which I understand means "poor little asshole." Ahem.

He's also taking some frozen 36-hour sous vide ribs. There are lots of frozen meats from people who raise or hunt, so this should fit right in. All the cuts are made with my Cricut for this one.

We'll write the weight of each package on the tag in front of the pound sign. I couldn't help myself and had to add a little something to the back.

I designed the labels for my gin a year or two ago and posted them, but this year I added a little color around the edge with circles cut with the Cricut, too. You can't see it with the ring on the jars, but it's a fun surprise when you open it at cocktail hour!

Thanks all!

The barter party is great fun! There is usually a large variety of fare and this year someone is bringing this amazing old ice cream maker to make raspberry ice cream to trade!

There will also be a cider press!
