I just finished up this rainbow giraffe. All I need to do is wash it and frame it. I will go pick out a frame this weekend.

This took me about 75 hours to complete. It went a lot faster than the rainbow lion I recently completed. Having black aida cloth certainly speeds up the stitching on this, however, I actually do prefer how the black stitches look on the lion cross stitch compared to the exposed black aida.

I do plan on stitching up some more rainbow animals in the future. Right now Im working on two MASSIVE lion cross stitches simultaneously. One for me, one for my dad. This is the biggest piece Ive ever stitched, so it will take me a while. Its full coverage, and will be 15x18 inches when done.
