Here are some pics:
Here is the AMAZING embroidery I received from LUDI:

I love it so much; it means "Think On Your Feet" in Latin  Grin

And here are the items I made FOR Ludi (she already received, so no spoilers here):

It is a home decor item (good for a desk) that I made using a plastic skull, a brain that I crocheted (no pattern!), doll eyes, wire wrapped glasses that i made, and other odds and ends....

This is a fridge magnet made with a bottle cap, dolls arms, hot glue, and plastic pins

And this is a snowflake holiday ornament made of plastic skeleton parts

I LOVE what I received from Ludi, and I hope she loves what i made for her
(I also threw in a bonus surprise: a polymer clay Bride of Frankenstein mask I made a while back, bc she she said she LOVEs Bride of Frankenstein)...

(just typed a whole response and lost it  Embarrassed -trying again)

I really need to catch-up  Undecided

Ludi I love the embroidery and texture of the yarn used for the brain and fantastic use of Latin!  Cheesy
Wings of Clay every time I look at that skull you altered for Ludi  - I see more details the eyes just popped out at me. Love the glasses and yarn brain and how vintagey it looks/ The fridge magnet is amazing and so is the ornament love!
LaChapa Brrraaaainnnssssss. And in a jar with a cerebellum and brainstem   Grin
Kittykill amazing huge eye! And your hoops are always awesome love the look of this one  Cheesy
Briann003 I am in awe of the stitching of vessels on that skull and the plastic aprons are perfect want
Avocadoeldorado that is one of the most incredible piece of stitched art I have seen and there is a mountain of amazing stuff on cratster! It reminds me of the pictures Abby from NCIS has blown up and put on the walls of her lab!

Manja_is has asked me to post some pictures of what I sent as it is a bt tricky to get to it at the moment. I stalked pinterest and combined that with manja's questionnaire and combined bones, hearts, realism and purple (Manja's favourite colour!) There is an embroidered heart on a journal cover, vintage images on a bracelet and earring set, vintage images on pendant necklace, a small vial containing polymer clay 'blood cells', and drawings on a mug (pun - I find that humerus) and lolly jar (didn't take a photo of the last one)

Thanks Manja for swapping with me and sending me some amazing anatomical goodies  Grin And the amazing kittykill for organising!

Oh - this is one of those rare occasions where I get to post first  Cheesy Sorry I have taken so long to post these (they arrived a few days ago) I took pictures on my phone and tried to upload with Tapatalk - but it wasn't updating itself properly (anyone else having a problem) so I had to wait until I could email to my computer and upload them that way. Sorry manja_is - you have been very patient  Smiley

Well I received an amazing package from manja_is - major anatomy goodies coming up - I love them all!!

Some gorgeous vintage anatomy image coasters! Due to the tyrannies of modge podge they got a little stuck together in transit but I have managed to get 3 of the 6 apart with minimal very fixable damage. I love them so much I will be carefully removing the others.

Some skully jewelry - a bracelet and earrings which both fit perfectly and are in one of my favourite colours!

And last but not least a 'dry your heart out' tea towel - so punny!! With a realistic anatomical heart (the best kind)

Thanks for swapping with me manja_is - your goodies will be on their way tomorrow  Cheesy

Someone in avocadoeldorado's apartment complex took my package for her as hostage... Sad
So I will post pictures of what I sent, hoping the package will turn up soon.

I made her a an axial brain cut of a human brain in original size. You can see the different layers like grey matter, white matter, the dura mater, etc.

Because I am a vet assistant I couldn't deny myself to send her a "guinea pig brain" of which I have no good picture  Angry
Last I made her some brain-cookies with walnuts as brains on top

I hope avocadoeldorado will find the package soon.

I have received a wonderful angel package from mialesca!

I am so sorry that the first parcel went missing.  Thankfully this one made it here safely.

Here is a beautiful cross stitch of a neuron.  I love the texture on this and I've put it straight on my wall. Smiley

Here is a fabulous polymer clay brain Christmas tree decoration.  This could easily become an all-year-around decoration; I'm not sure that I'll be able to put it away once the holidays are over.  It's got a lovely gentle sparkle to it which helps it look organic.

Thank you so so much, Nina, for putting so much time into crafting for me.

I can't express how thrilled I am with the items WingsOfClay sent to me!  I feel so honored and spoiled.  I especially love the skull desk ornament, but everything is fab.

Here's the Bride mask:

Thank you so much, WingsOfClay!   Kiss Kiss Kiss
