I received from both my partners while I was away! It was wonderful to come home to this awesomeness!

First, from CraftyMamaBee:

She sent a wonderful typed note and three patches. Close ups:

And trees:

They are wonderfully done and perfectly me. Love um!

And next from the very generous Sharalee:

A flower patch that reminds me of Maui (perfect as I JUST got home!), and I just LOVE this skiing patch:

And a space-inspired patch with lots of texture:

AND, she sent me a ton of doo-dads in my patch kit:

Close up of the fabrics:

A close up of the charms, buttons, and misc.:

Thank you so much, Sharalee, I love everything.

You rock, ladies! Thanks so much to both of you. And thanks for understanding my delay in getting this post up!  Smiley

I received from both my partners (one quite a while back ) but I've been having one of those "can't keep up with life" phases and I'm just now posting pics.

artsycandice sent patches based on my Christmas theme and my bees/honey/hives theme.  I adore them both and I feel terrible for not commenting as soon as I received them.  Candice, I love them so much that I took them to a celebration dinner and forced everyone there to hold them and admire them.  It's hard to make people who aren't into patches understand the appeal but your patches got lots of oohs and aahs that night.

goldensunshine sent three patches based on my themes of crows/ravens/vultures,  70's anything,  and bees/honey/hives.   Again; I love each and every one and couldn't even try to pick a favorite.  I will say though that I was especially thrilled to get the crow because this is the first patch I've gotten in that theme.

Thank you so much ladies and I'm really sorry I've been such an absent swap partner.  I'm still plugging away at your patches and should be able to make the new (thankfully later) deadline.

Prepare to be in awe and in love!  These patches are amazing.  It was like a swappers Christmas yesterday!

Fabulous Kill Bill and Narwhal patches from goatgoddess

Super beautiful butterfly, beach scene and daisies from quaggy!

I am in awe and in love for sure!  I am even impressed that out of five patches, not one theme was repeated!  Great job ladies.  Thank you so much for my first sets of TM patches.

I received from craftADDchick today!! I have to tell you that I love these! The flukes are very fitting. They remind me of my quirky new-age aunt who always had a whale tail pendant on when I was little. And... I love humpbacks. Wink The owl is my favorite though. I seem to be acquiring more and more work that features barn owls. They speak to me in a way that other owls don't. Thank you, thank you. I loved doing this swap and will definitely do it again on the next go-round.

Ugh. I'm sorry they are so blue. New pictures later. New pictures posted!

got my patches from Alexampersandra - love them thank you so much!!

first up in my Harry Potter theme - The Sign of the Deathly Hallows is a triangular mark used as a representation of the Deathly Hallows, three legendary objects that allegedly, if united, would make one the "Master of Death". The sign is actually composed of three separate marks that, united, make up the sign. The Elder Wand is represented by the straight vertical line, the Resurrection Stone by the circle surrounding it, and finally a triangle enclosing them both to represent the Cloak of Invisibility. quoted from http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Sign_of_the_Deathly_Hallows

very well done - thank you!

and from my Doctor Who theme - only my fav episode with 10th doctor - Don't Blink - love that one
nicely done - love the wings - thank you!

I received from my second partner today, gamemom42, two adorable patches! First is a little owl perched on a branch. This one must have taken awhile as the background is stitched with little tiny leaves. The second one is very cheerful for spring, which I would love to see right now as it is drizzly outside again. It features a dragonfly bead and a little flower. Thank you very much partner!
