In a retirement home people love to play games, so I challenged some occupants to help me with making a pipe ball game! I wanted to give them something to be proud of (they made it themselves) and something durable (it's a structure that can be used outdoors). Supplies we needed: drainpipe, stick-on numbers (I used plastic tape), plastic ties, sand paper, spray paint, a saw, a jig and a drill.  An inspiration to make one yourself you can find here: http://www.thisoldhouse.com/toh/video/0,,20397698,00.html

First I asked my grandpa to build the jig, in that way we could saw the pipes in a straight and 30 cut. Thanks grandpa!

Then we could cut the pieces...

We drilled the holes and sanded the borders...

Some spray-paint...

And after assembling the pieces...

Ready to try out! :-)
