Love that blue cuff and the thread earrings!

Here are my goodies from wonderwoman1976!

Lovely square ring with flowers and seed beads

Pretty beaded loops necklace with dragonflies

Two giant crocheted flowers! Soooo soft. One is a brooch and the other a hairpin.

Thanks so much! I love these Smiley

Here's what I sent wonderwoman1976:

Based on "Three Wishes" necklace, plus an owl

Vintage gem earring ring

Wicker balls and shell earrings...found the balls at Michael's on holiday clearance and immediately thought of Anthro.

Fun swap! Can't wait to see the rest.

Hi Guys,

I have been so so spoilt by my swap partners. I will do them in 2 replies as to separate them and to thank each partner a super dooper thanks each Smiley

First I got Catango's package - Her package arrived on Monday but I have a sneaky sneaky daughter (and as her birthday in this weekend) I thought I would put them away for her to get an extra special swap surprise Smiley... But this meant waiting until she was at school before taking them out and taking photos, lol.

A beautiful nest pendant, perfect for an Easter Party I am going too Smiley

A Button hair clip for me, Which I will wear when I have my very first craft stall at a local market... How crafty Cheesy

IMG_7882 by Hooked on me, on Flickr

A Dinosaur pendant to match with the item below - Megan will LOVE these... when she saw me flicking through the Antro site she saw the hair clip and just loved it. She even went as far as trying to convince me to email my friends and ask them to see if they where making the dinosaur hair clip. lol... She will fall over herself when she see's these Cheesy I can't wait to show her.

I received my package from Askaboutpickles and I am blown away and I think you all will be too. When we received our swap mates, Askaboutpickles sent me a list of pieces that she liked. I had already copied those same pieces into an inspiration folder. We were meant to be swap partners! I love everything she made. I am tripping over myself trying to upload these pictures because I have not downloaded pics from this camera before.
The first was inspired by the Marshmellow necklace. I love the color and textures of this piece and it is beautifully made. It certainly is a "statement" piece. The photo doesn't do it justice. Pickles, did you make all of that tubing? It's gorgeous!

The Antique Lace necklaces are better in detail and composition than the inspiration piece. And, she made me two! I love antique lace and these necklaces are exactly my taste. Aren't they stunning?

As if that weren't enough, she included THREE sets of earrings. I don't know which I like best. I can't wait to wear them. She really nailed the Anthropologie style and the craftsmanship is excellent.

The blue pin is another "extra" piece and I just love it. And, it's in my favorite color with a beautiful button detail.
Last, but not least, she included this green pendant "just for fun" as if receiving all of these beautiful items wasn't fun enough!!!

Pickles, I only hope you like what I sent you half as much.

Haha, I'm glad I didn't decide to make the other rainbow pendent too!  I'm glad the feather headband made it through customs, I was a little concerned that they wouldn't find the label in the package.

I also just received from NatACT yesterday!  I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING,  You are one talented mama!  I had to wait until today to take pics, I'm kinda a stickler for natural light.

First off the headband with the beautiful crochet? flowerets! Anthropologie took it off their lineup so I can't find the name of it
This is super cute with my hair color

Then the gem based Budding Hues inspired headband, this is my absoloute favorite!  When you posted on the thread earlier I was keeping my fingers crossed that this one was for me!  Unfortunately it didnt make it through the mail in one piece, but it's an easy fix so no worries

Then the wonderful versatile and yet elegant Pernilla Necklace!

and she even made me an extra necklace that I can wear with just about anything in my wardrobe

Thank you so much NatACT for such a beautiful package!

Oooh, I get to start the gallery! Grin

I recieved from Pseudopix. Look at all these lovely goodies! I can't really do any yarn work, knoitting or crochet, so I'm in awe of her skills.

First, lovely soft button bangles...

Second, knitted bow. I'm not sure whether to wear it in my hair or around my neck, but it fits both. What do you think?

And my absolute utimate favourite. I love this... beautiful scarf/knitted necklace of loops and loops of lovely soft black wool. So snuggly and gorgeous...

THANK YOU SO MUCH, PSEUDOPIX!!!

I love this pearl cuff she made me - must have taken forever!

And I love the funky vintage feel of this bracelet:

And this necklace (based on the akela necklace anthro had a few seasons back):

And as a bonus she sent me this fabulous hair clip!

Thanks darkangelwingz - I can't wait to wear my new jewelry!

I received from Leeska on Sat, sorry I had not posted pics earlier just have been getting home late.

An awesome peacock feather hairclip!! with matching earrings as a bonus, cant wait to wear this set.  I LOVE peacocks!

This is a bracelet that I had previously wisted and it turned out Leeska was the one that had created it!  There are 2 trees to represent each of the 4 seasons and the pearls look like clouds.  The picture does not do it justice.

This is a statement necklace that is made up of mixed metal chains.  It has a removable clip to accent it.  It is very funky and will be fun to wear with a plain shirt to jazz it up.  Sorry for the crappy photo , it was me trying to take a pic of myself modeling it.

Thanks again Lisa!

This was my very first swap, and I lucked out and got paired with NatACT!  She sent the most beautiful pieces all the way from Australia, I can't wait to wear them.  NatACT, thank you so much, your taste is incredible and I'm wishing you the bestest, speediest, easiest recovery ever!

First two I opened, this beautiful necklace and earring set!

A headband that I absolutely love love love!  It's so cute on.  Though, my cat managed to grab a mouthful and now it's missing a pearl Sad  No worries though, as I just happen to have the same size and color in my collection so it's an easy fix!

Finally, my all time favorite.  I have no idea where you got the parts for this, but I absolutely love it.  This length is very trendy at the moment, and I've been meaning to go out and find a similar necklace, but there's no way I would have found one as perfect to my taste as this.  You're the best!

Closer up of the pendant

Thank you so much!! Smiley

A HUGE thanks to Jadeye.

I started to write this post and was wondering why I hadn't taken a photo of the third piece yet... (scratches head) OH thats right I have been wearing it sense I got the parcel open this morning Cheesy

So as I opened the package I saw a little something for Meg... OMG she is going to love this. One of the reasons I love "knockoff" or "inspired by" swaps is that each crafter puts their own spin on the piece... and whilst this piece was inspired by the Dinosaur hair clip it is very unique.

A colourful item, straight from my wist... how to think of where to wear it, I do have a wedding coming up Cheesy

IMG_7895 by Hooked on me, on Flickr

Now this is the piece I have been wearing all day - I LOVE IT... not to say I don't love the other pieces but this piece is me all over.

Love it, Love it, Love it....

Thank you so so much Jadeye. I will post a pic and a thank you from Meg when she opens her things on Sunday Smiley

Okay, I can finally post what I received! It took its sweet time getting here, but everything Ashley_G sent me is gorgeous. rather simple, but gorgeous colours: perfectly my style!!

First, a crochet flower headband. I know I'm the third person to receive and post one of these, but I'm partial to thinking the colour of mine is the best Tongue Thanks Ashley!

Second, a lovely pink ribbon and pearls bracelet. it's two strands of ribbon that are woven in opposite directions....hard to explain, but it's very cool and very pretty! and bonus: adjustable, cause it ties up!

and last but not least, a gorgeous moss-green satin ribbon with sort of braided pearls in white and the same green. again, the size is adjustable which is great, and I think it's just swell!

I wore the headband to class on Friday and got all sorts of compliments. XD Yay!
Thanks a bunch Ashley_G, it's a great package, and worth the wait at customs!

I received my awesome package from cherry_blossom55 today Smiley (I'm sorry I can't find my camera, so I have to resort to my phone)

She made me earrings, a headband, a necklace and a scarf (i'm assuming it's a scarf, unless it has a special name Tongue) . Thanks cherry_blossom55! I love it! Smiley
