okay here are the new ones....

Picture of Cherry and her new haul!

Closeup of the deer dress.. I bought this fabric in Japan, I got about 4 metres for 5pounds!

Here is the Cherry Blossom dress which matches Cherry's full name.....Cherry Blossom haha fabric is also from Japan and was about 4pounds for 4 metres in a sale bin

Here is the victorian style dress made with shot silk and vintage lace! I think this has come out really nice and is probably my favourite dress yet!

c+c welcome!!

Why yes you can!!  Here's our Blybe.  You can get them even cheaper if you get the bank ($10-12) and then transplant them.

Here's our Blue:

I've reached a milestone in my little crafting world. I completed my first sewn project. Sure, it was pretty easy, but it took me a while and I'm quite proud of it, even if the seams are wonky (first time I've ever gotten to use the word "wonky").

This is my Moxie Teenz girl modeling her new dress. Next time I will definitely do straps as the dress slips down a lot.
I also cut the top part too short, so I had to make the back a corset, and I only had orange ribbon laying around.

Forgive the poor shape my girl is in. I removed all of her makeup and attempted to start doing a mini face up, but it's definitely not going like I planned.

Hey all, this is the first swap i've signed up to but I have been making things for my Blythe since returning from Tokyo in August.

This is my Blythe doll Cherry.. she was originally a 'Lounging Lovely'. I bought her from a friend and she isn't in great shape.. I'm going to get all sorts of customisation done to her in the new year!

I made the dress on the picture and the little hat! This was her halloween outfit.. I am trying to make/buy more lolita style thing for her though as that's the style i'm going for with her! The leggings and shoes where borrowed off a friend for this pic and totally not my style!

I am considering buying a Byul doll I have seen online, does anyone here have one? are they easy to make for? How big are their bodies? Sorry so many questions.. this is the one I want...

What do you guys think?

Excited for my first swap!! xx

Thanks, bubblegum_phoenix. I'll see what I can rig up tomorrow.

Here's some pictures of my girl tonight. I haven't decided on a name yet. I think she'll need her new hair and new make up before I can name her.

Here's her before:

Shiney shine shine. Her make up was bright blue with bright pink lips. Poor girl needed some time at the spa. Don't mind her dress either. She's going to get something nice to wear soon.

Here she is now:

I sanded her face down which removed her tacky makeup. I also opened her mouth up, tried to give her little indentions in her top lip, craved the little dip above her lip, and gave her some nose holes. She definitely needs some more sanding and smoothing, and I think I'm going to try and give her some dimples. I also am going to do teeth.

Blossom wanted to stop by and show you all her new outfit.....

I made the hoodie, which I totally had to re-size since it was from a pattern for a laTi doll, this one doesn't fit the best, but I did adjust the pattern pieces as I went and the next one should be a breeze...... The skirt was simple(no pattern needed), and I also made a pair of flare pants out of the same cord material.........the tights were not as hard as I had thoughtthey would be, thanks to freezer paper, the crotch came out a bit low, but I made the needed adjustments and the next pair should come out just fine.

hope everyone is having a great weekend

Finally got some clothes for my Isabella.  Found some cheap Liv doll clothes and stole a barbie doll's outfit (and now I have a naked barbie).

Here she is!

This was a Liv doll outfit I found at target on clearance.

This outfit was taken from a back to basics barbie.  Had to pin it, and wound up cutting the jeans shorter.

I thought it'd be fun if we all shared pictures of our girls.

Here's my Blythe family:

Lots more pics of my girls on my flickr.  I'm doing a 365 with Hazel (my mini me) so she's getting the most attention lately!

I have an un-minied pullip - basically a mini pullip with a 23 cm obitsu body.  would i be able to participate?

Sure!  A 23 cm obitsu body is slightly larger than a Blythe body....comparable to a Pullip I think?  I'd love to see a picture of her!

I just bought all five of the My Little Pet Shop Blythe's. I am so new to Blythe's that I am still learning all the lingo. I am still not sure what kind of Blythe I have. I do love them.

I am really going to follow this swap and I hope I can fill a swap slot too. I have no clue what to do in the Blythe world. Total newbie. Smiley

What you have are petite Blythes.  I have three of those as well...one made by Takara (same as the full size "Neo" Blythes) and two of the Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop Blythes.  They are adorable, but oh so tiny!  I've never made clothes for them, but have knit a headband.  I need to pay more attention to them, though!

Full size Blythes are around 12" tall and the petites are around 4".
Here's a comparison shot:

Minis!!  I've heard that the Takara's are slightly thinner than the Hasbro ones.

I'm hoping to play!!  My girls love Valentine's day!
