Helloo, my name is Lillie and i am here to show off all the wonderful goodies that blupaisan opened up from teag today!!  Of course, there is me in all my cuteness, and there is the rest of my flock up in the tree with our little nest -

We all have clothespins on us, so we keep messages and things attached to us because blupaisan is a bit of a space case and desperately needs a little place to keep important pieces of information and lists and things.
Next, you get to look at me again,

while I rush off to get this awesome handcarved and painted box!

It has hinges and a magnet seal. There are going to be hair ties in it because hair ties get lost all over the house and create great frustration around here - I have seen it already.
Now, there were four other birdies traveling with me over the miles from Florida to Vermont, and now they are stuck to the fridge, but here they are as they came out of their box -

yes, they are very pretty, and also very useful, but  please do not forget how charming I am in my basic simplicity.
I have that certain look in the eye, n'est-ce-pas?
Finally, and a tear comes to my eye when she says it, but blupaisan says this is her favorite, is a zip pouch owl whom I will call Uppity because he thinks he's all that.

You should have heard blupaisan squeeee when she saw him.  ***sigh*** he looks just like a wisty dude from some list she always talks about...  and the back of him is "just stunning" as she puts it.

He will be put to use for special travel times.  Whereas I WILL BE PUT TO USE EACH AND EVERY DAY, AND THAT PROLLY SHOWS THAT I AM ULTIMATELY MORE IMPORTANT IN THE LONG RUN.
blupaisan says thank you to teag and is most impressed with her skills, of which there certainly is a wide variety, including this precious card!

Grin Grin Woot! Crysta thank you!

Here are all of the little things all together. Cheesy

I Really like the necklace. But I'm wondering, is it shrinky dink? And What kind of tree is that?

haha. I love him he's so cute. I need to get some catnip now.

But this apron guys, It takes the cake:

I'm not kidding. From the second it came out of the box I wore it all day. (We were already cooking.) I wore it into the gas station even. (Now I've got three aprons, So when my sister and my stepmom and I all cook, we all get to wear one.)

And A detail shot of the pocket:

The stitching on this was fabulous. I really love your fabric choice.
And for all of those who don't know. It's the bird off the woodstock poster!

And the fabric was inspiration for me to find some similar fabric. I think I'm going to make a sundress this summer.

Thank you! Thank you! <3

h_pets360 sent me this wonderful package!! Squee!

I had planned on taking action opening up shots, but I tore into that box like a fat kid after a twinkie!

She sent me this gorgeous mininotebook, which I am already using to jot down and sketch out craft ideas!

A gorgeous sparrow necklace, the flip side has a cutout of the dictionary entry for sparrow, but I couldn't get a good picture.

I LOVE this card, I think I will matte and frame it, and in the background are the cute fabrics and ribbons my goodies were wrapped in.

AND FOR THE PIECE DE RESISTANCE- my array of rainbow birdies! Here they are, all arranged on the top of one of my screens at work to brighten my day Smiley

Thank you so very much for making my first swap so amazing!

Firstly, the box:

what a cute image!!

But what's inside?

A feather!  And blue tissue paper!

and green packages!

(Did you see that little black bird?  CUTE)

First package I unwrapped:

tricky getting a good shot of the little birdie pendant.

One of the big things, it's in pieces right now.  It was a planned thing, my partner made sure I was ok with assembling it.  Good idea, because it would've been tricky mailing it assembled already!

IT'S A CLOCK!  look at all the birds!  one for every hour!

Here are some close up birds:

and a cute little birdhouse!

and the black bird again:

THANK YA, PARTNER.  I like it!!!  Will try to take action pics once the clock is glued together and tickin'.

I got my package from Ollieorange last week and am only just finally posting my pictures. I love everything! She really paid attention to the colors and stuff I liked and requested.

A pretty blue and brown bird embroidery to put up on my wall. So cute, and in my favorite colors too.

Some really cool little pots with chalkboard paint birds on them. I love the chalkboard paint idea, it's so easy to tell what everything is, especially as a novice gardener who mixes them up all the time. I already had some herbs conveniently waiting in those little peat starter things and these were perfect for them!

All filled up and written on and everything. They inspired me to fill up any other little pot I had with the other little plants waiting in their peat:

An awesome green and purple fused glass wind chime! I asked for something to decorate my balcony, and this is just what I wanted! The little bird house has swirls on it and the light green/clear glass pieces remind me of leaves. There are cute little copper birds in each piece of glass.

Here are all the extras - some feathers that my cat is insane about (I never even knew she liked feathers!) and a charm that matches the little birds that are in the wind chime.

And a close up of the copper bird charm. I can't wait to use it in something, maybe a cell phone charm if I can figure out how to do it.

Thank you for everything, Ollieorange, and sorry I took so long to post the pictures Smiley

Yay! I received! I am so excited to share everything with you...I still need to PM my partner, but I literally got it like 30 minutes ago, and I just had to post here first! My lovely partner, Zoma, was worried, as it took SO long to get here...but worry no more!

Here is everything together (except one thing I'll show in a minute):

And close-ups:

A fabric and felt owl iPhone cover with button eyes from my wists! So beautiful, and it fits the iPhone PERFECTLY! I showed my husband, and he sais "Finally! Something to protect your phone!" He is always getting on my case for just plopping it in my purse unprotected. No more!!

Beautiful artwork...SO CUTE! I don't know what medium she used, but its precise and gorgeous!

Cutouts of birds from the most beautiful papers...one feels like tissue! Stunning!

Little extras: Cute fabric featuring eggs in a nest, Cadbury Mini Eggs, which were very flat and very melted and very good (They are actually one of my favorite candies, but I've only ever seen them here around Easter! So yes, I ate it all anyway! LOL) And the cute funny paper that the iPhone cover was wrapped in. Its so random, I thought I'd share! Says things like: "Bob leading Luck is this best friends!!" "Little fiends always together looking for troubles" and no, I didn't making any spelling errors, that's really what it said, but its all written backwards! I'm amused!

And here's the thing that didn't get in the first picture:

It's a little stuffed birdie with a little jingle bell in its tail! My 4 1/2 month old is just learning to reach for things....so he was enamored by this! Perfect for his little hands!  In the last pic he brought it up too fast and it poked his eye! (He thinks those kinds of things are funny!)

Anyway, thank you SOO much! Thanks for taking me on as your partner, even though I was a newbie, and really showing me what a package is supposed to look like!

I received from Craftylittlemonkey today and I can't imagine a better package! I think she must have invaded my subconscious for what I'd find ideal.
Here's everything together:

She made a pillowcase, an embroidered bird hanging, a little travel kleenex cozy, a set of lovely bird cards, and an applique. Also included: 3 adorable books, a sketchbook, some little birdy stickers, a cute comic, a super cool book of cardboard animals, and a nifty article that shows how to make birds out of crepe paper!

A close up of the bird hanging. I had wisted a neat owl hanging she'd done in the past, so I love this. Especially the colors.

I love the books, I've been trying to grab a unique variety of used books the newborn, so books are super exciting to me now. I can't wait to read the Fletcher one!
Finally,I was already blown away when I saw this, the most gorgeous pillowcase ever, in my favorite colors:

The black is velvety and the rest is shimmery.

I could go on and on about how perfectly suited everything is to me but I'll stop, thank you so much Crafty for a wonderful first swap!

I received today also - lots of goodies from callmeflower9:

First off, a book bag. Close up of the cool embroidery:

Inside the book bag was an eyeglass case (bird fabric!) and some little goodies:

Two crocheted bird appliques, and two pairs of earrings.

Close up of the earrings:

And finally, an owl stamp! (This is a bit funny and you'll see why when callmeflower9 posts her goodies - I used something similar....but I can always use another).

Thanks so much Kayleigh.

I received from lady_sepulture today!!

First- here is a cute card she sent, an owl collage (I took it out of the frame for the picture), and two little extras- a neat owl that's already at home with my others... and a really cool crow dish.

Next is a cute little crocheted birdy. lady made him with the first yarn she spun herself. He's a little sparkly... this isn't a great picture of it, but you can see the really cool spiraly wings. They're my favorite part of him!

Here's the super-neat blue owl she crocheted for me!! (can you tell I asked for amigurumi?!) I am totally in love with the strips and colors.

And last (but certainly not least) is Engelbert the kiwi bird. This is about my favorite thing ever. Seriously. I'll bet no one else in the swap got a kiwi! He's made os a sparkly black yarn and is fat and smushy.

And here's another picture of Engelbert, because I love him... and also so you can see his crazy feet!

Thank you so much, Heather!! I love everything!! My husband even loved Engelbert... kiwis are kind of a long-standing thing with us. Smiley The whole package was perfect and worth the wait!
