Hi Guys!

I saw this: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=325563.0 and commented that maybe it could be done with a knitting dolly... And it can!

So, here's the bracelets I made with the dolly I was given and for some reason have kept since I was 4.

On the left has 3 beads per wrap around a nail, on the right has 1 per wrap.

I can finish one in half an hour! Really need to take photos in the daylight, but alas, I am rarely home except before and after dark...

These are a brilliant emerald color (in natural light) done in dark green 26 guage Parawire and dark green silver lined size 11 Czech seed beads.

I merely threaded a strand of beads onto wire and started 'knitting' with my needle nose pliers (my fingers would have bled). The tail at the beginning lent itself to one half of the clasp and finishing off by unhooking and threading the finishing tail through the remaining loops and pulling tight leaving another tail lent itself to forming the other half. Easy!

And my employer (I'm a nanny) saw them on me (I made them on the bus on the way to work) when I got to work and wants some in black, gold, silver, copper... Sheesh! I need to order more wire! Tongue Smiley

Hi guys,

I made a silver, a gold and a copper version of these yesterday. Gave the silver and gold to my employer before I got a chance to photograph them, but I'll make more Smiley

Here's the copper one:

And here's a photo of my new wire shipment which will give me lots more to work with. I keep getting distracted with new things when I should be threading for Mum's fern Sad

Silver, brown, copper, gold, light green, dark green, peacock blue, black, red...

Mmmm... wire...
