I just finished my first African folklore embroidered piece.  I call her trian-girl, latina on the move.  I want to make a whole series, like this rock girl, fun in the sun, out at the mall, etc.  Here's my dilemma, I have no talent making faces.  The faces always seem to turn out scary.  What do you think, should I face or not face.

Here's a close-up of the dress

and finally, the faces i can draw half decently

When I decide, this block will be rag quilted on a red velvety pillow for my studio.  Stay tuned for the further adventures of Trian-girl, Latina on the Move!!
