Yeah! Lookie what lilgothkatt sent me!! We start with the kit!
Package 1
Sock Monkey(which I've been thinking about a lot lately) and a book that she actually wrote and made very awesome drawings in! step-by-step-exactly what i need! lol

I ADORE the picture of the monkey lounging!

Then (be prepared to be jealous!!) she went to COMICCON and got me stuff!! The best local gift ever!

Nothing from North Dakota is going to be that cool.. EVER!!

Then, we decided to include a small personal swap for stuff for our kids. She made Lily-Anne a felt sandwhich!! Look at the detail, this is amazing! (One of the pieces of bread is already hiding somewhere in my living room, thats why its missing from the pics!)

Yesterday when I recieved, she sat on top of her slide, and restacked the sandwhich forever!

Thank you so much lilgothkatt! You rock!

To break it down I received some awesome body products from her hometown and some great soap that she made!!

Check out these beads in my favorite colors Orange and Yellow

And some more colorful beads and silver findings

And to tie it all together, some tiles and cool paper to make the amazing jewelry that she sent me directions for, so beautiful Grin

And finally here is a shot from fabricfriend's Etsy shop of what this kit will produce.  She also included great detailed instructions for me to make these treasures.

Thank you Fabricfriend Grin  I can't wait for what package two will be Grin

Get your Wist fingers ready!! I received the BEST package from crafty gurll. Seriously! She got to know me and she NAILED IT! Everything in this package is sooooo me!

First - notepads/post its from a local to her company Smiley And a handpainted notecard by a craftster from Belgium. It's so pretty and deserves to be, and will be, displayed.

Secondly - a snap wallet made with Alexander Henry "Birdseed" fabric. So pretty and so perfect for me! Inside I found some adorable bobby pins with bees and (my favorite!) dragonflies. Love these!

The rest of these are all ceramic pieces made by crafty gurll herself! They're impressed with leaves from her own backyard! A detail that I found touching and perfect for me since I love trees and leaves! The colors in the glazes she used are also PERFECT for me. Seriously, this stuff is right up my alley!

A set of coasters. When I showed these to my husband he was very impressed.

A lovely little tray that will be sitting in my bedroom holding my wedding rings. LOVE it!

Crafty gurll said this would be a spoon rest, but seriously, I can't invision putting a dirty spoon on this. No, this will be in my bedroom on display. I have some leaf platters/plates on my wall already so this is perfect. I adore this shade of green and it's used throughout my room. Perfect!

This vase is hand built and so freaking cool! I'll be displaying some dried grasses or flowers in this in my bedroom as well. Love, love, love this! The glazes on this in particular are beautiful. Makes me even more determined to get the clay out and do some throwing Smiley

Have I mentioned that I love all of this?

I ran outside to meet the mailman in my socks, and look at the awesomeness I received.  It is truly an AMAZING package, everything is perfectly me.   Cheesy  I love love love sugar skulls, and wristlets, so this is perfect:

It was filled with Mexican Candy, but we were forced to eat it immediately, so it didn't make the picture.   Wink  Next, a handmade lavender sachet:

that smells DIVINE.  I have been known to waste time while at the office, and this will be perfect:

A page a day Kirigami calendar.  I cannot wait to put it on my desk!  Now feast your eyes on the piece de resistance:

That's right, a TRIPTYCH!  I LOVE things in 3's!  The birds and leaves are painted on heavy paper, then glued onto the canvas, which really looks cool.  Apparently they smell nice, Zoe my American Bulldog was just enthralled while I was taking pictures of them. Cheesy

So there you have it...does Lisa rock or what?  She is so talented, I cannot wait to hang them up.

Thanks Lisa for a GREAT swap!  I truly loved every item I received.  Cheesy  Grin  Wink

All superfantastic stuff! Cheesy  I want it all!!!

And here is the kit I recieved from the lovely and talented Wendellina:

It's all about embroidery!  Cloths, and hoops, and floss....

and scissors, and needles, and special pens and paper....

and iron-on transfers in the themes of wine and flowers, both of which I absolutely love!

and a chunky book that she made(!) to hold all of this fantastic stuff (or most of it anyway)!  Look at that beautiful L!

and inside it has pockets and felt needle pages, and lots of teensy plastic bags to put the flosses in.  It's gonna be crazy chunky when I fill it all up.  Grin

And for her local color she sent me some fantastic special mustard, which I don't want to photograph because in the few days we've had it, it's been opened and used daily, and the bottle is all, you know, used looking, by people who live like animals and can't keep it wiped off nice. Roll Eyes  And by people I mean my husband of course, and I think he loves it so much he's drinking it or something. Cheesy

Thank you Wendellina, this is the most fantastic kit I could have dreamed of recieving, I hope I can do it justice by making something nice with it.   Smiley

Package 3 from lilgothkatt. Each package has totally outdone itself, and I love this one!! My favorite holiday is Halloween, and she did my package with that theme in mind. First, from my wist, a thread catcher!!
