I came home from a few days at my boyfriend's house and had 3 dotees waiting to be opened!

First from phnxreign99, a lovely pink dotee with beads:

From Kmac, an adorable hatching snakebaby dotee:

Is it just me or does Boris look a little protective of this guy:

And from helenheels a cute little polka-dotted monster with a striped face and a tail:

Thank you guys so much, I love them all!

One lurking night at precisely midnight,
That trickster Pirate Coley was in sight,
Seen carrying a mess of treasure from her lair,
Within her hands lay a tangle of bright red hair.

Away to the offices of seaworthy chums,
She bartered a hefty fee to keep them mum,
For in the treasure trove she sent,
Lay more than trinkets, something far more decent.

The parcel soon arrived,
Henny Penny opened it and realized,
That she was now the bearer of a mermaid fair,
And though her state was a land-locked square,
The mermaid rested peacefully upon a pillow of crimson hair.

Cheers to you Pirate Coley! This dotee is lovely and now you are the bearer of terrible poetry!

Ooo- first Dottee!!!  /dancedancedance

Okay- here's my Shipwreck Cove Pirate Owl, who came with an apoption certificate (and some tips- like the fact that he's a real hornswaggler!). My favorite part is the Owly-Roger on his hat! LOLOL

And here's a close up of some of his charms.

And here are the neat extras that came in the package. Do you see those handmade owl buttons?!?!?! OMG!! I've been looking for owl button for my bookbag for months now, but never found any I liked. I never thought about making them... but these will be PERFECT!!

Okay- done showing off!! Thank you so much, Malaki100!!

Dotee number two showed up today and OMG OMG OMG!! First of all- this thing was wrapped in decorated brown paper... inside the brown paper was a CUPCAKE BOX covered in tissue paper. Henny Penny had drawn all sorts of neat stuff on the paper... took me ten painstaking minutes to remove the damn paper without ruining it!!

Henny Penny must have sensed that I couldn't knit to save my life, so she made me this BEAUTIFUL sugar-skull style dotee.

But here's the catch- it's interactive!! There's a snap inside the skull that you use to attach outfits too!! Like this pirate outfit!

Here are the other two outfits, as well as the treasure chest of goodies. I already have a project in mind for the velvety ribbon and the domo candy bracelet it going on my inspiration board!! As you can see there was lots of interest in the package!! Eevee had to lick EVERYTHING, and Skylar cat tried to run off with the dotee!!

Thank you SOOOOOO much, HP!! I really feel spoiled!!!

Alright....so I've been kinda a bad swap partner. I've had these for a while and am only now posting pics.

You've already seen this one from astormorray. (He's wearing his little woven shawl here):

And this lovely dotee is from pocketwatch:

Close up of facial details:

I'd like to thank you both for these awesome dolls.

Now...I didn't find shipping too bad at all. Only cost about $2 CND to ship from Canada to the States.  And they got to there places quite quickly.
