I couldn't sleep this night, so I made this  Cheesy :

I had just enough red yarn for the strawberry, I couldn't make another one but I think it works with only one.

07/12/08 : here is the pattern. If you're more confortable with french, the original is here : http://cynalune.blogspot.com/2008/12/truc-fruit-les-explications.html

I used Pingorex baby by Pingouin, which is a 100% acrylic baby weight and a hook n2.5

Heart of flower
Chain 6, close the ring with a slip stitch
Make 12 single crochet in the ring.Close with a slip stitch
Draw a very long loop with the same diameter as the ring :

(yo, insert the hook in first stitch, draw a long loop) 9 times

yo, draw through all loops on hook. MAke a single crochet in the stitch at  the opposite of the ring :

Blossoms : make 6
row 1 : 2 single crochet in the first 2 single crochets. Turn ( 4sc)
row 2 : 2sc in the first sc, 1 sc in the following 2 sc, 2 sc in the last sc. Turn ( 6sc)
row 3 : 1 decrease, 2sc, 1 decrease (4stitches). Go back to the heart of the flower with slip stitches

Leaves : make 2
attach the yarn on the back of the flower.
Chain 8
1sc in the second chain stitch from the hook, 1 half double crochet in next chain, 1 dc and 1 treble in next chain, 2 trebles in next chain,1 treble and 1 dc in next chain, 1 hdc in next chain, 1 sc in next chain.Slip stitch to go to the other side of the chain and repeat.

make picots around the leaf : *1 sc in the leaf, chain 2, 1 sc in the second chain from the hook*Repeat around the leaf

You can, if you want, fold the leaf in two, right side on right side, and make a line of sc on the fold. It will lightly fold the leaf in two, so that the leaf gets permanently lightly folded.

Strawberry
Chain5; close the ring with a slip stitch
round 1 : 10sc in the ring, close with a slip stitch
round 2 : (1sc in first sc, 2sc in next sc) 5 times, close with a slip stitch (15sc)
round 3 : (1sc in the first two sc, 2 sc in next sc) 5 times, close with a slip stitch  (20sc)
round 4  : 20 hdc, close with a slip stitch
round 5 : 20hdc, close with a slip stitch
round 6 : (1 hdc in the first two hdc, 1 decrease) 5 times, close with a slip stitch  (15 hdc)
round 7 : (1 hdc, 1 decrease) 5 times, close with a slip stitch  ( 10hdc).
Put stuffing in the strawberry
Pass the yarn through the 10 hdc and close the strawberry.

Strawberry tail
Keep a good length of yarn and attach it to the beginning ring of the strawberry

chain3, 1 sc into the strawberry

chain 3, 1 sc in the beginning ring of the strawberry :

Repeat around the strawberry. When you're done, make 1 sc at the opposite of the beginning ring to close the strawberry. Make a thick chain with both the working yarn and the length of yarn you reserved at the beginning of the tail.

Attach to the back of the flower.

I hope I did it right  Smiley
