This is from Mason-Dixon Knitting and is most of the Moderne Log Cabin Baby Blanket for my niece/nephew to be.  I changed the edging from that suggested in the book to an attached/applied I-cord.  I also changed some of the bigger rectangles because I wanted to avoid the intarsia.  Disclaimer:  blanket is much more rectangular and even in real life then it appears in the picture!



I used Shine Sport from Knitpicks and US 5 needles.  I wish I would have kept better track of how much yarn I used!  The pictures are pre-blocking and washing.  I'm going to wait to do that until its closer to the baby shower to do that!
