So sorry we've been busy so I've been terrible at posting!

Here's a good example of a plate lunch (which is definitely THE lunch here):
I have some poke and kal-bi (this one had a salad instead of mac salad. Weird.)

That sounds good, except the bacon--pork is red meat, no matter what the ads say.
(good ways to remember: red meat is a mammal.  If you're unsure which animals are mammals, just don't eat anything with 4 legs.  There are mammals with less than 4 legs; bats and whales, for instance, and an alligator has 4 legs but is not a mammal.  But you might not encounter any of those unless you live in the Bayous.  Am I taking this too far?  Grin )  But I could use chicken or even fish or shrimp.  Or gator.

Not sure if a salad would be satisfying enough, but a combination of spinach, chopped boiled eggs, bacon (is that off your list? If so, roasted chicken?), steamed asparagus, goat cheese and whatever else sounds good with a mustard/lemon vinaigrette might work if nothing on the paleo Mexican search looks good to you.

I'm hoping the weather holds out for this weekend's Maple Syrup Festival outing! I have a feeling Dino likes maple syrup, cotton candy, and elephant ears!  Cheesy

Glad you like it emilywilde! I think you would like the movie. I'm not usually into action movies, by this one has stuck with me. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the lead actor...

I find it funny that I sent out ATCs to Oregon, Florida and to one in my home sate of Michigan on the same day and its the last to be received  Cheesy I'm not sure why mail always takes a long time cross the Mighty Mac (bridge)...

I received from my partner Audio today, check out the goods!
She crafted to our likes about owning multiple cats(we both have 2 solid greys), love for aliens and Pixar. She did a great job! My 4yr old actually claimed the pixar plaque right away lol.
I scored one her creative custom necklace pendants, check out that cute lil guy!

Thank you again, can't wait for my box to arrive to you now!
