Brief Bio, News in Your Life, etc:
I have one furbaby, Delia the dog. The ManFlesh and I have moved to the Bitterroot Mountains in Montana, so I'm working on boho/rustic/industrial and non-79s & 80s decorating/remodeling projects in our house in the forest. I have a semi-neglected Etsy shop and take the occasional commissions for various kinds of crafting, but mostly I craft for loved ones and myself. Halloween is my favorite holiday, because it's the only one that's purely about fun, but since moving to the mountains in 2012 I've taken to decorating for many holidays.

My to-make list is long and varied which has kept me from swapping, but I think I'll try to get at least one swap in this next year.

My Favorite Crafts To Do: Sewing, paper crafts, embroidery, & mini-dioramas. In 2018 I started really learning about my Cricut machine, so that's been introducing itself into various media, too.
Crafts I Want To Learn: Using my Cricut for vinyl projects; self-adhesive & heat. More about miniatures for my dioramas.

My Favorite Projects Made by Me:
12 projects can be listed here
My Favorite Projects Made by Other People:

Current and/or All Time Favorite Bands: I'm terrible at favorites and fandom and you won't likely find me crafting for a band, show, movie etc, but I admit it'd be hard to resist a Tom Jones craft.
Current and/or All Time Favorite Books: I do love me some Hitchhiker's Guide and have some crafts planned for a Towel Day party *someday.* I have had a great deal of fun crafting inspired by my partner's books: "Dr. Potter's Medicine Show" & "The Trials of Solomon Parker"!
Current and/or All Time Favorite Movies: In my middle-age, my constitution has become delicate. So mostly, I want to watch something that will make me laugh. Too much fear or tension in a film (or TV show) and I just can't handle it. So I miss out on some good stuff.
Current and/or All Time Favorite TV Shows: I don't watch TV regularly or closely these days. That said I LOVE STAR TREK. Good, bad, and otherwise, I just do, and in 2018 I rewatched all the shows TNG - Voyager. They gave me a little hope that maybe, just maybe, human of earth might get their act together for peace, equality, and kindness.

Personal Swap Availability:
Interested in Doing Personal Swaps: yes

What I Could Make For You:
I can sew non-garments. I can embroider moderately well. I'm learning semi-complex paper crafting with my Cricut. I've done a few altered tins and dioramas. What I am not good at is quick projects! If you're looking to swap "smalls" or "mediums," I am probably not your gal!

What I'd Like to Receive:
I'd love a granny square scarf in cooler jewel tones. I have started a potty humor gallery wall in my W/C, so smaller framed-type crafts for that would be fun! My xmas decs are mostly a big variety of trees, so I'm always looking at tree crafts. Also turkeys! I really dig faux taxidermy and have a faux deer (Mavis) and t-rex (Ramon).
Likes And Dislikes For Potential Swap Partners Or Just For Fun:
Things I Love:
My dog, Bigfoot, sewing, cardstock papers, trees, photography (especially photo journalism style), humor, reading/books, cool colors (esp. greens, blue-greens, and purples), grey, faux bois, pine cones, vinyl, tools (power & hand), anatomical/medical images, butcher charts, Halloween, leaves, house-shapes/images, periodic table of elements, good and bad puns (especially visual puns), carpinchos (capybaras), antlers, faux taxidermy, turkeys, Krampus, minis & dioramas, wordplay, travel, gin, foreign toothpaste (I have quite a collection).

Dislikes, Pet Peeves, Allergies, etc:
Fear and loathing of centipedes, millipedes and horseshoe crabs. Also earwigs [shiver]. Not into pink, yellow (look awful in yellow, orange or yellow-greens), keychains, plushies, too cutesie, impressionism, of course there are always exceptions. I don't like cooking, but do like baking. No kawaii for me, please! My body no longer tolerates many scents or strong ones. And since moving to a pine forest, I have discovered a pine pollen allergy! Go figure.
