I fried tofu till browned and then added a sauce of gojuchang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha. Served with broccoli and jasmine rice. My go to post gym dinner.

Hi - here are a few taco creations I made from the new Vegan Taco book! I <3 Mexican food - tacos rule! Each plate has my boyfriend's mama's red rice recipe and my homemade quick pickled peppers!

Fast carnitas style using Soy Curls:

Vampire Tacos - bat shaped wing grilled tacos! I used 1/2 seitan & 1/2 beans for the filling.

Friday is vegan pizza and beer night in our house. Our usual pizza is a light sauce, covered in Daiya mozzarella cheese and chunks of Tofurkey Italian sausage! We like our crust on the thicker side as you can tell!

I created this for xmas for the boyfriend. It is made with perler beads, a ceramic pot that I picked up at the craft store for around $2, paint and a foam ball and glue to keep the 'plant' in place in the pot! No need to water and no need to keep it in sunlight!

I sell a lot of hair bows at craft shows - the problem is they have overrun my table. Most times I have a card sized table and have a lot of other things to display. My bows are on cards (about the size of playing cards). Any ideas or tips? Thanks!

Not the best pic...The tofu was done in the crock pot. Easy recipe: 2 bottles of BBQ sauce with 2 tubs of tofu - drained, pressed and cubed. Cook on low for 5 hours! The mac n cheeze has broccoli and can be found here:http://letsgetsconed.blogspot.com/2007/03/new-farm-mac-and-cheez.html.

I made these for my bday! The recipe is something I came up with after finding a few non-vegan versions...They are very dense and sweet!

Super Walnut Coffee Cupcakes + Coffee Butter Cream Frosting
[makes 12 standard sized cupcakes]

3/4 cup Earth Balance (room temp)
3/4 sugar
3 tbsp. of Egg Replacer with 9 generous tbsp water - mixed
1 1/4 cups ap flour
tsp. baking powder
cup walnut pieces
1 packet* of Via Instant coffee -Italian Roast- dissolved in 1 tbsp. of hot water

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.

Beat the Earth Balance and sugar together until creamy and then slowly add the Egg Replacer mixture. Sift in the flour and baking powder and then mix in. Fold in the walnuts (checking for big chunks, discard those). Divide the mixture between the cupcake liners evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

[Coffee Butter Cream Frosting]
2 tbsp. of plain soy milk
1* packet of Via Instant coffee -Italian Roast-
6 tbsp. of Earth Balance
1 1/4 cups of sifted powdered sugar
large walnut halves to decorate

Warm the soy milk in a pan (do not boil) add coffee and stir until dissolved. Let cool in a medium sized bowl till warm - not hot. Beat in the Earth Balance and frosting till creamy. Frost each cupcake and decorate with a walnut half.

*About 2 teaspoons
