That's really clever.  What's the Homer made out of? 

It kind of looks as if he could be a plastic toy frozen into an ice cube.  Which, would actually be really cool, if you could come up with a way to make sure he's not swallowed...

I know exactly what you're talking about - if we're thinking of the same toy.  My brother used to have one.  Neither of us have any idea what it was called though.

Hee! I've sewn a gore into a piece of clothing not once, not twice, but THREE times, inside out.
Before I threw the piece of clothing into the corner and cried.

My girlfriend has a mantra: "Never sew angry. never sew tired. never sew drunk. never sew after 10pm at night." Words to live by!  Grin
That's a good mantra.  Last time I tried to sew after 9:30, I nearly sewed my finger.  Still managed to get it stuck in the machine.

Very cute.  I've made normal-size monkeys for my cousins, but I bet they'd love some little ones.  What a great idea!

I've been making sock monkeys out of fuzzy socks recently too.  I think I just got a pair of socks really similar to your purple ones to make a monkey out of.  With the exception of being covered in sock fuzz, I love working with these socks.  They hide all of my not-so-good stitches.

That's adorable!  My almost 15 year old brother who usually doesn't care about my crafty stuff saw your frog and asked me if I though it would be hard to make.  I guess I know what I can make him for the holidays now.  I love it!
