how cute is this!  I am using your basic pattern and using some cool, sock monkey fabric I found online.  My daughter will love it!

I see the green one with a natural wood, maybe washed with black and definitely black on the red one...
what cool pieces, I really like the composition, especially struck with the green one.

I like the simplicity of designs. Gave me an idea that it might be fun to put some of my art images on bags for holiday gifts.  Do you use a pattern or just make them up?

Recently I've been working on a piece of art that is inspired by a wall of "left behinds in thanks" at a shrine.  I send out a bunch of sase to friends with a small piece of nice paper and said, "send it back with something that says "you".  Got some really neat returns and have been working on my "wall" for what seems like forever.  The last part is adding a few things, like you have on your post, to show that people leave behind a bit of themselves in the knickknacks that we find.
You could maybe do this as a large shadow box...on a big piece of painted canvas, or on a grid of crossed sticks...like a woven item.
just an idea...
