Oh weird, I'd uploaded it but forgot to link to it! Here's the yellow felted bowl that fluffybaka sent me. Smiley

I'm bummed that this is cancelled. My boyfriend LOVES peanut butter and anything life sized and peanut butter might make him a little crazy.

How much do you guys spend on say, a 40 oz batch of soap? I feel like I spend over $30 on basic oils and I'm not sure if I'm overpaying. :/

I will! I made a tiny 16 page zine for fun and when I sat down to redo it, I'm on 40 pages and it's SO much writing. I'm trying to decide between traditional cut and paste or doing it all on the computer, because I love both a ton.

sophie, at first glance I thought that those were papercuts! My suggestion for the "Down the Rabbit Hole" is to also make it look like a papercut sort of style - I think that's why it doesn't really blend in. Other than that it's awesome, I really dig your style!

Okay, are you ready for the best gallery post OF ALL TIME? I received from fluffybaka, who went WAY overboard so this is going to be really image intense. I feel like I should send a follow up package!

The first thing that caught my eye were these knitted socks. I put them on and my boyfriend pointed out the subtle Cheshire cat pattern that can be seen at certain angles. I totally wouldn't have noticed and when I found it, IT BLEW MY MIND.

Do you see the cat?!

This mushroom potholder is pretty awesome too!

Felted hatter pocketbook purse in my favorite colours!

A fascinator with removable lace! Fascinating!

So, I'm obsessed with this teacup pincushion. I tried to get a brighter picture of it but it created so many shadows. This picture doesn't do it justice at all, it rocks.

Stitch markers! I don't know how to use them yet since I'm a noob, but I can't wait to learn how now. Wink

Not to mention the plethora of jewelry she made me...

(I was looking around for this one because I knew something was missing, then I realized I wore it out today!)

She even included supplies! Crazy!

I love it all! Seriously fluffybaka, you went above and beyond for this swap and I love everything you made. <3 Opening this package was like digging out of Doraemon's pocket, because it was just endless. Thanks so much! (PS - do you happen to know what the additives in the bottom right of the last picture are? They're unmarked.)

I'm loving the choices of fabric here! My choices were really limited, I caved in and bought half a yard of something for $9!

I'm finishing up the last project right now! It's gross outside and I'm working all day, sooo I'll probably send it out tomorrow. Sorry. Sad

These zines are awesome! I'm actually working on my first issue of my first zine, Lotus. I've been into zines for a long time but always as a reader or contributer, never an actual...zine-maker? (With the exception of a literary magazine I put together in high school, but that was on a high budget so I feel like that's a totally different experience.) I've only done the content so far and am just getting into all of the art, for which I am suuper excited and kind of confused because there are so many things I want to fit on there. The only thing I know about the design is that it will be a quarter size!

I love the idea of a zine craft-a-long, I would love to know more about the process. (:

Oh yeah, one more link for those who want to know more about zines, here is an awesome community: http://wemakezines.ning.com

I just saw the movie and it was pretty sweet! I looved it, wish it never ended.

Anywaay, one of the supplies I ordered online JUST shipped from overseas so I may have to send a day late, but hopefully not. I swear I thought it was shipping from Texas! Tongue
