12  Young Paul Gilbert drawing in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by Len on: August 27, 2008 03:52:46 PM
My bf, who loves everything 80's, is a huge Mr Big fan so I drew him a portrait of a very young Paul Gilbert in 1988

(the ref is at the bottom of this page: http://www.ibanezregister.com/Gallery/RG/gal-rg550.htm)

I'm not sure if I like it or not yet, but I hope he will  Smiley

comments&criticisms always welcome!!

13  First shirt recon in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Len on: June 03, 2008 02:47:12 PM
So this is my first shirt recon.
I found the inspiration here on craftster but I can't find the original post now...
As a before pic, imagine an enourmous and definitely unwearable black t-shirt.
As an afrter pic... Here it is

The neckline of the top was too large so I used a pin to fix it - I don't really know how to fix it by sewing it (I tried but well, it didn't work.   Embarrassed)

Comments and criticisms are always appreciated, expecially considering that I have so much everything to learn from you!!
Thank you for looking!

14  Mobile phone cozy in Crochet: Completed Projects by Len on: January 28, 2008 10:47:59 AM
It's not very original, I know, but it saved my phone from scratching and breaking up into a thousand pieces so many times (I drop it TOO often...  Embarrassed) that I HAD to post it.

I made it last summer on the beach, in order to protect the phone from sand. It's super easy, super fast, and super useful!!!

Hope you like it, thanks for looking!

17  Pink bracelet, earrings and a pendant in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Len on: January 22, 2008 02:53:42 PM
Here is something I made during the holidays:

A not-so-original bracelet - it's not the most innovative model, I know, but I like it anyway:

Earrings and pendant, made with copper wire. I quite like the pendant, but I really don't like how the ear rings turned out  Angry

A pair of earrings I made as a part of a Christmas present for a friend of mine...

... and the wrapping (made with a green felt leftover and some random ribbon and beads), which I'm very proud of  Cool

Comments are always welcome!!!

18  Christmas mage in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Len on: January 17, 2008 01:21:08 PM
This year I made many hand made Christmas cards for my friends, so after hours of cutting I had many leftovers and small, unusable pieces of paper. I was still missing a card for a friend of mine who is a great fan of 8-Bit Theater stripes. So I took the leftovers and cut them in 360 even smaller squares (side length=5mm).
Much glue and patience later... Here is my not-so-black-mage! (The image is a bit blurry but maybe you can see the 2 shades of red)

(Sorry for the English  Tongue)

19  Re: Some drawings (pic heavy!!!) in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by Len on: November 27, 2007 08:20:35 AM
Sorry for the double post, but last week I finally decided to finish the last drawing, and I gave it as a present to a friend of mine (it was supposed to be a present for him from the beginning) on saturday night!
So here is the finished drawing

Thank you for the support  Grin
