11  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: You want dessert? I'll give you dessert. (and some onigiri!) on: January 28, 2009 05:34:42 PM
I don't think I'll ever grow out of my obsession with cute little sweet things. I espeically like the pie slices with all the tiny fruits. The details are great! You have a great complexion, btw Smiley
12  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: NY Noro Plaid on: January 26, 2009 07:38:22 PM
This is so amazingly gorgeous! I'm so terrible at following crochet patterns, but this one seems really easy. I'm going to try it, but I doubt it'll come out as gorgeous as yours! Grin
13  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Recycled plastic bottle felt pins... VEGAN felt :) on: January 24, 2009 01:23:38 AM
Cruelty and animal free beauty, always my favorite! These are so beautiful, they're sort of mod but sort of lifelike at the same time. Love them!  Grin
14  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Computer-challenged crafter destroys old laptop that gave her so much grief... on: January 22, 2009 08:29:23 PM
The parts of the computer I used already had holes in them. The material is tough, but I think a dremmel would do the trick.  Grin
PS: My friend LOVED them and wears them all the time now!
15  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: The Purple Monstrosity, also known as My Formal Dress on: January 22, 2009 07:43:52 PM
I am in LOVE with this dress! It makes you glow Smiley It looks sexy without being skanky, and the neckline is great- I love that the bow is off to the side. You have some great talent, that doesn't look easy to make.
16  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Yarn Burger with Soy Cheese on: January 18, 2009 06:16:50 PM
That is ridiculously cool! I didn't realize you meant the yarn is MADE out of soy, I thought you meant it's representing vegan soy cheese and a veggie burger, haha. Veggie burgers are people too! Smiley
17  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Kitty Cuddly Bed on: January 13, 2009 11:30:18 PM
Hehe my kitty Cosmo sleeps like that too! Usually cats don't like to leave their bellies exposed because they're the most vulnerable part of their bodies, but clearly ours are so spoiled and comfy, they could care less. The yarn doesn't even look like a mish-mash, it looks like the expensive, $9 per skein stuff I always drool over in the craft store. Smiley
18  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: 1930's evening gown OMG HUGE POST! on: January 04, 2009 12:29:24 AM
This is soooo pretty! I love how simple yet elegant it is. I'm jealous! And in looove with vintahe fashions like this  Grin
19  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Wine Cork Cork Board on: December 22, 2008 09:44:20 PM
Such a good idea! I'm a server in NYC and I always save the corks of the obscenely expensive wine we serve (I don't know about anyone else, but a few hundred dollars for a bottle of wine is a little bit out of my just-graduated-from-college-and-can't-find-the-job-I-want-in-this-damn-recession budget.) LOVE this idea! Grin
20  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: CRAFTSMAS 2008 - TONS OF PICS! on: December 18, 2008 11:29:20 PM
I'd rather these gifts than store bought ones any day! You should be majorly proud of yourself, these are great gifts. I especially love the ispy bag and the great details of the Altoid tin! Grin
