Awesome! What a fun and creative space for kids!

And why would you not consider yourself an artist? It sounds like you're an artist to me!

That is fan-freakin-tastic.
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: handmade deck of playing cards on: March 20, 2009 07:08:59 AM
I love that you made a Euchre deck for the U of Iowa because, in my experience, no one outside of the Midwest knows what Euchre is. I've asked a lot of people, and all I get are blank stares.

I love words as a background/matte in art. It's so elegant. Very good!

Wow, I'm completely disturbed and I don't know why. Maybe it's the cat in the underwear one.

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Nightie/dress on: March 19, 2009 07:46:53 AM
I think in the summer you could easily pair it with some dark shorts and it would look great! It'd be a sort of summery tunic look. In any case, it's so cute!

Brilliant! I love it! Do Stewie next!  Cheesy
9  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Basic Black & White on: March 17, 2009 04:59:46 PM
Oh, thank you, you have given me a fantastic idea! I have the exact same type of quilt--just big old blocks sewn together--because I am the newbiest of newbie quilters. I think strips across like you did will accent the design beautifully! Now if I can just get up the nerve to sew the batting, etc, I'll be great...

I love your quilt and I love your embellishment!

Beautiful! Can I come visit your garden? I'd love to go to Scotland! Smiley Smiley
