5  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: I Can't Believe I Ate Vegan! on: December 22, 2005 08:34:29 AM
When people say they can't believe something's vegan or are surprised how good it tastes, it implies that vegan food is rare or weird or something. A lot of "regular" food is vegan. I'm assuming you've all had pasta and tomato sauce, right? Or a banana? I have a hard time believing that even omnivores eat animal products at every single meal.

Anyway, good job on the blog! Have fun cooking, everyone!

That's gorgeous! And it looks great on you.  What kind of stitch did you use for the bottom part? (I only know 2 stiches and they are very plain)
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Red t-shirt with wings (painted) on: December 22, 2005 08:08:13 AM
That is really creative, I love it. A friend of mine made a shirt with wings for a project in fashion design class. But she attached actual tulle wings.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Green T-shirt with a woven open back on: December 22, 2005 08:05:38 AM
I love it, especially since my favorite color is green. It's so bright and the fabric looks so good. By the way, you have a terrific figure!
10  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: vegan swap? on: August 08, 2005 08:04:45 PM
I want to be in this swap!! I'm a vegan/animal rights activist. I make cool tees and bags that I give out when I do tabling. When does the swap start? (I have to wait till school starts Aug 29th to get mail from my campus address)    I've never done a swap before, what's all this about "qualifying"? How do I do that?
