1  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Van Gogh's Starry Night ruffel skirt on: May 30, 2017 07:12:28 AM
I made this for my daughter when I seen the the print in the store. Funny thing was, I didn't have the idea of the ruffles, until I started cleaning out my stash and found I had what I needed!

2  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Baby Stroller, re-vamped for baby-girl-to-be on: December 30, 2008 06:08:05 PM
We're due with our first baby Jan 10th. I found this cute stroller at a thrift store I frequent, but it was dark blue with yucky checkered print. I had this cute pink fabric in my stash and spent the day re-vamping a stroller for her. The part where she'll sit is removable. I spray painted the dark blue frame black.  The canopy is still dark blue, but I can live with it. I glued strips of the fabric on the canopy top where it had the checkered fabric.

3  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / "Mom's Craft Room" Plaque on: August 06, 2008 08:16:29 AM
My mom just got a whole room for her crafting enjoyment. I want to make her a special Plaque or Sign for her to hang in it, but I don't have any good phrases or material ideas.

"Julie's Craft Room" sounds dull.

Any one have an idea?
4  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 24 ENTRIES / "Spice" up our lives on: February 02, 2008 08:03:33 AM
My resolution is to cook not only healthy foods, but to make them taste GOOD. Hubbie LOVES flavor so I've decided to experiment with herbs and spices to add something to my bland cooking.

I have this 4.5'' space between my wall and fridge.

It holds 12 of the smaller jars on top. (single row, 24 doubled)

It is 13.5'' high and 25.5'' long. If I need to move the fridge out, I don't have to worry since I have a foot of clearance on the other side (trash can is kept there).

On the back is a drawer track.
