1  Van Gogh's Starry Night ruffel skirt in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by dnagirl on: May 30, 2017 07:12:28 AM
I made this for my daughter when I seen the the print in the store. Funny thing was, I didn't have the idea of the ruffles, until I started cleaning out my stash and found I had what I needed!

2  Baby Stroller, re-vamped for baby-girl-to-be in Completed Projects by dnagirl on: December 30, 2008 06:08:05 PM
We're due with our first baby Jan 10th. I found this cute stroller at a thrift store I frequent, but it was dark blue with yucky checkered print. I had this cute pink fabric in my stash and spent the day re-vamping a stroller for her. The part where she'll sit is removable. I spray painted the dark blue frame black.  The canopy is still dark blue, but I can live with it. I glued strips of the fabric on the canopy top where it had the checkered fabric.

3  Re: It's All Greek to Me Swap Gallery in The Swap Gallery by dnagirl on: September 23, 2008 02:01:57 PM
Here are my goodies! This was a fun swap.

Box and large yellow rose

Bag and photo album

Just look at the cool fabric! I can NEVER find yellow roses in the fabric store that don't look cheesy.

Thanks for being my partner crazyqt13. Hope you liked your gifts.

4  "Spice" up our lives in CHALLENGE 24 ENTRIES by dnagirl on: February 02, 2008 08:03:33 AM
My resolution is to cook not only healthy foods, but to make them taste GOOD. Hubbie LOVES flavor so I've decided to experiment with herbs and spices to add something to my bland cooking.

I have this 4.5'' space between my wall and fridge.

It holds 12 of the smaller jars on top. (single row, 24 doubled)

It is 13.5'' high and 25.5'' long. If I need to move the fridge out, I don't have to worry since I have a foot of clearance on the other side (trash can is kept there).

On the back is a drawer track.

6  Re: coin rings! i'm an addict!!! in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by dnagirl on: December 19, 2007 01:26:22 PM
My first coin ring!

I'm wearing it on the pointer finger of my right hand. I used a hammer, vice grips, my dremmel, my hubbies power drill and a 1974 quarter.

I have a old wooden bread box
And I keep it next to my dogs food and water, behind my couch. Even Have a ficus on top. Might work for the kitties.
