21  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Pattterns for a nice, fitted crochet sweater? Help with an argument! on: March 27, 2007 06:55:14 PM
Hi everyone!

I'm an avid knitter and sometimes-crocheter.  My sister is an avid crocheter and sometimes knitter.  We've been having an argument for the past few days that I was hoping you guys could help with.

I'm currently knitting a fitted sweater, and my sister was complaining that there are no good patterns for a nice fitted crochet sweater.  She thinks that crochet isn't stretchy enough to make a sweater that looks as good as a knit sweater.

I think she's wrong, and was hoping for some pattern links to prove it.  Anyone?

Is there an easy program that will do this for you?  I've tried KnitPro, but the "resolution" of the pattern is too grainy.  How else can I do this?

Thanks!

Edit:  I think I may have figured out how to work this out on KnitPro.  Sorry all!
