1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Pomatomus Socks on: July 01, 2008 07:30:03 AM
Here are my latest socks!  The pattern in from Knitty.  I think everyone has already knitted themselves a pair of these, but I thought I would share.

Thanks for looking!
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Tubby, the knitted bathtub (Many silly pics) on: May 27, 2008 09:25:56 AM
Wow guys, thanks for the overwhelming response!  Tubby was a lot of fun to knit, though the finishing was a bit fiddly.  The pattern itself is quite easy, even the bubbles.

Roxanne the bunny says thanks for the compliments.  As for Jareth, he actually came with a crystal ball, but I could't resist the opportunity for him to take a bath . . .  Roll Eyes

Bunny has a really nice castle. My 4legged kids would love to have something like that.

You can buy the "Cottontail Cottage" online at www.bunnybytes.com .

I'm sure you meant to say that everyone needs a bath with Jareth the goblin king...I'll forgive you this time.

I think everyone was thinking the same thing.

Hi everyone!  Here's my version of Tubby, the knitted bathtub.  The pattern is from the wonderful site www.mochimochiland.com.

I've got to admit that some of the pictures are a little silly:

Thanks for looking!  Yes, that is Jareth the Goblin King getting ready for a bath.
5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Tangled Yoke Cardigan on: May 19, 2008 08:13:17 AM
Here's my Tangled Yoke.  The pattern was from the Fall 2007 issue of Interweave Knits.

The yarn is Rowan Felted Tweed in the "Watery" colourway.

6  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Jack Sparrow, Boba Fett, Roy Mustang! on: May 16, 2008 07:30:17 AM
All of your amigurumis are awesome, but I have to say -- ROY MUSTANG!!!  He's so perfect.  The uniform is fantastic.  I bow down to your skills.

My only concern about you crocheting Edward Elric is that when I see the final product I may actually have heart palpatations.  Seriously.
7  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: More Amigurumi--Indiana Jones! (sooo pic heavy) on: April 16, 2008 07:33:05 AM
This is so awesome that my head might explode.  Indy.  In amigurumi form.  With accessories.  This rocks.
8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: 2 yrs worth of nintendo/musican/tv cartoon cross stitch on: April 13, 2008 06:57:00 AM
The Cowboy Bebop cross stitch is particularly awesome.
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: My Little Squiddy (More Cephalopod) on: February 13, 2008 04:28:30 PM
Thanks for all the comments!  There are pipe cleaners (chenille stems) in the tentacles to make them posable.  You can bend them any way you want!  I highly recommend the pattern.  There is some fiddly finishing required, but it's worth it for the cute end result.
10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My Little Squiddy (More Cephalopod) on: February 11, 2008 02:46:25 PM
Hi everyone!  After my success with knitting the octopus (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=216458.msg2327505#msg2327505), I thought I would knit Hansi Singh's squid.  Here she is:
