that is really cute! I have to say I am very partial to that avenged sevenfold shirt, I just saw them in concert last week, they're amazing! Hopefully you make something awesome out of that one too.

Yes I wanted to see them, but I couldn't go with my friends. They drove from San Diego to Phoenix! That shirt is next on the sewing list, as soon as I can figure out how I want it to look!

Thanks so much!! I don't normally have that kind of patience, but my need to wear that shirt overcame my A.D.D.!

Wow, this is actually awesome. I don't mean to sound skeptical but there are so many t-shirt recons (especially ones that are concerned with downsizing) that turn out just awful. I've never been a fan of the "I just fell into my shredder" look. And the lace works great too.

Thank you so much! I wanted to do something pretty and something that would make it more wearable for the San Diego climate without showing skin in random places Smiley

And thanks to you Spaghetti_Cat!

Wow that is awesome! I am going to have to try it!!!  Grin

My best friend goes to concerts, and is a big guy. He doesn't understand that I'm not the same size as him. But here is one reconstruct I just finished! Some scissors, thread, and lace! I do everything by hand, since I don't own a sewing machine.

Before! The A7X shirt is next, but the Motion City Soundtrack shirt was today's project.

Excuse the lighting on this one.. I have no clue why my camera phone does this occasionally Sad

After you seam up the sides, you can pick up stitches from around the armhole and knit them down to the wrist, or as long as you wanted.

I will probably try that once my holiday knitting is over Smiley
