1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Duduza (Comfort) Dolls & Juggling Eyeballs - FREE pattern links! on: May 05, 2009 06:35:08 PM
Oh how I love Ravelry & instant gratification knitting!

Finished one brother & sister in one evening. They turned out so cute. I am going to try to recruit some fellow knitters to join in on this quick & fun project!
I plan to knit these until I run out of the brown yarn I have left over from another project and will send them off this summer!

To funny! My dd has just sparked an interest in learning to juggle and then I came across this pattern. I might play with the size a little since she is only 6.  Great, easy, & super FAST pattern. Each eyeball took about an half hour.
I made two sets. One for dd & one for her daddy to teach her!

9  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Michigan Yetti on: July 14, 2008 06:53:17 PM
No wool will be left behind!

My son recently started needle felting and began using the dirty tips I removed when opening up locks for dying. Then one day we saw a cool picture of a needle felted Yetti (his favorite creature) here on craftster (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=253540.0) and he knew immediately what he wanted the rest of the tips to be used for. So after asking me so sweetly for his very own Yetti, this is what I came up with, bloody paws and all! I am quite pleased with him considering this was my first 4D needle felted project.

10  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Mummy Patch on: May 20, 2008 06:37:19 AM
The kids signed up for a bowling league that included a ball and bag. Needless to say it became apparent that we needed a way to make our bags easier to find!  Now I just need to sew this onto the front of the bag.
