Call it too stinkin' cute,lol.  I love the colors.  It just looks like a knit peasant cross top to me.

 Grin Thanks so much for the input.  I'm really thinking that I should just do a white swing top with detachable flower in the other fabric.  That way you can wash it with bleach if the child gets a stain on it.  I'm really excited now.

I totally feeling white with a pop of color this summer for kids.  But who in the world is going to want to dress their child in white, other than church and beach photos.  My hubby thinks that there will be a small demand.  Should I even bother.  I'm torn..... Huh

I'm thinking these would look so cute with a white pinafore or white swingtop.

Mrs. Moskowitz is the bomb, she taught me how to knit!  I highly reccomend you watch this video.  She has a few.

My daughter has a pair of tiered pants that she loves...they are now tiered capris, lol.  I love your fabric choices!  Great job.

Here is the video if any of you want to give it a try:


They are treated with fabric sizing/spray starch.  It is a delicate mix of just enough starch with a spritz of water, and a dab of fray check.  It can be messy and time consuming but so worth it!!
