11  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / ART DUMP lots of stuff, all in link form. on: June 01, 2007 04:19:46 PM
I've been wiggling around the craftster boards for a couple of months or so.. and i wanted peoples' opinions on some stuff I've done. I posted them on my lj, but I don't get a lot of feedback. feel free to be brutally honest.

[fish series] colors on any of these are not completely true, since I used clay to make the fish and my scanner is silly.

I know this is a lot of stuff, it has compiled over the course of a year or so. I'm not asking for feedback on everything, and I cannot stress enough how HONEST I want you to be with your comments. Pllllllllease!
12  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Bra Tutorial?! on: May 13, 2007 07:52:50 PM
Hello! I have searched the website but cannot find a bra tutorial. Underwire is my worst enemy, Victoria's Secret is damn expensive, and sports bras aren't doin' it for me anymore. Therefore I need a pattern/tut for something pushup bra-esque. I am a 38B if that helps..
Thanks soooo much!
13  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / OMG YES! MY FIRST SEWING MACHINE! on: May 10, 2007 02:30:52 PM
Well, actually, the first one that I can figure out. The one before this was.. a piece of crap that cost maybe $10 at a yard sale and came complete with no instructions, bobbins, needles, etc. The one before that was from the third century.

So! What should I make? I'm quite good at hand-sewing/template making/darning socks, so it doesn't need to be super easy. Anythign at all, people! ..almost anything. Smiley
14  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Bunny Travel bags on: April 05, 2007 08:40:51 PM
I want to make travel bags for my bonded pair of bunnies so that I can take them to outdoor festivities, the vet, pet stores, and etc. I'm a little new to the purse/bag-making side of crafting so I was wondering if anyone had patterns they wanted to reccommend? I want them to be kind of messenger bag-style. [they are BIG bunnies-- about 9lbs. each.]

hey! this is my first post! hurray!
anyways, let's get down to it.
my mom runs a daycare in our house and I want to make her a craft book for Mother's Day, with some of her favorite crafts in it, and a lot of new ones [she's been doing it for about 16 years and never once done new crafts].
I got a few ideas from Cut Out + Keep, and from some random places, but I need a lot more. So please! if you have any ideas or if you come across any, post them here!!
thanks!
<3 amy.
