Could you please post a tutorial on this topic to sculpt the brownie rats or email a tutorial to me at kelly_leigh_crutcher@hotmail.com; it looks hard to get them like that without messing them up Smiley  Grin

I know you'd have to heat the brownies first, but that's as far as I know about it. Is there a mold someone can buy to do it?
Stick the batter in the mold, stick it in the oven, pop it out; then go ahead and decorate it?

Wow! This is a wonderful piece of work.  Wink You did a great job on making the rats out of cake and icing, but I think they'd be too cute to eat, though. If I made it, I'd put the cake rats in the freezer to keep them and eat the round cake.
