Tigger arrived today!!! It was a good mail day! i got home from running errands and there was a little package, and a big package waiting for me Cheesy Tigger was in the little package and a game that i had traded for was in the big one!

Here he is firmly ensconced among new friends!

and here he is trying out the game with me! he's beating me too!  Tongue
His contract from Trinnie_doo is very funny, it has the Sock Monkey Seal of Approval!

Here is Paslydale doing her best to sit still for this photo. Hiding in her pocket is her new best friend, Alexander Beetle, who will probably be accompanying her for the trip. He's pretty content to just stay at home once they get there though, unlike Paslydale!

4  Needle Felted Osprey in Felting: Completed Projects by ThatFalafelGirl on: May 30, 2007 08:40:16 PM
This is my first foray into larger needle felting. I made it for a lovely Craftster-chica in exchange for some cool craft books. It's over a metal armature, which i'm not sure really helped me other than make the beak magnetic, which was something i really wanted. He has his on little tiny rockfish(stripped bass) that he can have for dinner, or drop on people's heads. The nest is fairly acurate to actual osprey nests (i think) which look like a gigantic jumble of driftwood and branches. My boyfriend was kind and took the pictures for me, but wasn't able to get the close up detail of wings and tail. Overall, i'm pretty happy with it, though i made the legs too long and i'm really NOT happy at all with the claws/talons. next time maybe. anyhow. here are pics.

H'okay. here we go. In the package for starspinner (who i hope is okay!) was a Doozer desk helper- with a radish dust doozer stick pencil holder, a little well for paperclips and what not and an extra special doozer:

It looks more painful in the picture than it does in real life, i promise. i had some issues after baking, so it doesn't fit in quite as neatly as i had originally planned.

the other swap item was this stained glass i did of oscar, it was my first all on my own, not in class and kinda drafting up my own pattern (i borrowed and modified a pic i found online) I found good grouch glass though, and i think that really makes it.

also in the box but not pictured, and not made was a cool oscar journal that said "rotten thoughts" on it, and a Count von Count pencil. So here's hoping it came through all in one piece!

I'm going to wear my tree pin tomorrow for earthday! Smiley Sorry to everybody, especially Heroinechic that it took so long for me to post pictures!
