Wow, I love them - the shape and the color combination, and it perfectly matches your hair (the color's gorgeous by the way).

Thanks! Yeah it doesn't work so well with the brown hats I've made Wink

That hat is great! I would wear it everywhere, and if anyone made snide comments I would just turn my nose up at them and speak loudly of unwanted shoddy fashion advice. And, I have to ask, is that an orange octopus on your shoulder? I have a plan to get one on my hip, but I have never seen anyone with the same. Great work!

Thanks!! Cheesy I do enjoy the new style I've been making! Cheesy

It's actually a Kraken Cheesy

The Jelly fish are all UV ink

I love my new tattoo Smiley I'm getting more work done on Dec 16 on it

Ooooh! These would be so fun for a photo shoot!

I've had a few of my models drooling over them so far this weekend. Smiley

Those are absolutely beautiful! I can't decide which one I like the most, but the pink ribbon does look cool with your hair.

Thanks! Smiley
I actually just finished a green ribbon one and a white ribbon one... I still have some purple and red ribbon to use. I love this ribbon it is a double sided satin ribbon that is of the finest quality. Smiley

I'll /should/ be posting them sometime soon, but I have an event to go to this week.

These are a small size Top hat that I switched around to work the way I wanted it to. The hats are Blocked by hand on a hat block. I added French Ribbon and Ostrich feathers to the two hats. I really enjoy this style and wanted to share it. These are the first ones I made like this and so far people have liked them Smiley The hats have a good Victorian riding hat feel to them, which is why I likely love these ones I made Smiley

You did an absolutely amazing job! I love your hats! Are you also doing Victorian style dresses?

I wish I had the skills to make dresses!

Beautiful! My favorites are the first and the last.
Your mannequin head scared me at first because I couldn't tell that it was a mannequin. Huge eye!
Again, beautiful. Great work.

I always look forward to your posts. Did you go to school for Millinery? I am thinking about taking some classes on it.

I actually didn't go to school for Millinery, totally self taught. Smiley I had a lot of issues finding any classes where I lived so I do much of what I do by trial and error.

First is my newest hat block Smiley I just got it a week ago, this is my first finished one, I have another on the block currently.. This is what is called a mini driving hat, thought a few people here might like it.

This was made with a hat shaper, like a hat block but plastic instead of wood, so NOT simple to work with. Which is something some of you could use if you don't want to send the money on a hat block ($300 +) Hat Shapers are about $28 ish. (I drilled holes into mine so I could use it with a felt hood)
