2  Ipod Costume in Halloween Costumes by TheLilCrocheter on: November 06, 2007 09:29:21 AM
This was last year's costume but here it is!

It was my first time making something liek this so it really is not so great Undecided. The white paper in the back was created horribly and last minute

It even had a hold button!

it was made out of a box that i cut a square into and cut out the bottom. It was pretty roomy inside too although it was a little hard to walk in.Luckily, I didn't have to wear it too long. There were handles on the inside so that I could hold it up but they fell of right away Sad. I have a hystericcal video of my friend helping me put on and take off my costume but i'm too lazy to post it now Wink so despite all my critisism on my first costume (actually its my second, when I was like 10 I made an awesome cell phone costume out of aluminum foil that noone could believe that I had made) i really am extremely proud of it!! I would love some comments!

^ uch worst pic ever but the only one with me in costume ( i had the name of a song written accross my face)

-my mom had gotten really annoyed with me storing it in the garage so she asked if she could take it to the dump I finally agreed because i didn't really ahve any use for it after I had worn it but then my mom told me that she had loaded it into the trunk of her car drove down to the dump go out of the car  but she just couldn't bring herself to do it. She said I had worked too hard on it to just throw it into a dumpster. awww moms being all mushy Roll Eyes ya gotta love it Smiley. So now we have this giant Ipod in the garage and it starts some really interesting conversations when people see it Wink -

Hey!!! so glad everything got there okay! i totally thought that the pic frame would break. There was a note in the package explaining everthing, did you get it? maybe it was thrown out with the envelope accidentally. that star is a bookmark - shooting star- my sis made that for you after she stole half of the stuff you sent. The foil ball was part of a cat toy that I had made for your tabby but it didn't work out so i decided to send the ball anyway in case your kitty likes shiny stuff. i'm glad your cat like the kiwi head (i like that better than wat i was calling it) if there is anything else you need to tell me or ask me feel free to PM me.

So now that my amazing partner has posted her pics maybe its time that i posted mine ( especially since she got hers after me!)
There is no group shot but here is evrything else!
AWESOME AWESOME shirt i love it soooo much
cool tin with bottle cap magnets
the one that got left out of the pic cuz my sis was holding it and then i found it in her hand so i told i'd take the pic with her holding it
so cute! love my mario mushroom!
adorable mario bros pic frame
and last but definately NOT least, gryffindor wrist warmers!!! the left arm is my sis's and the right is mine, she was so sad when she reazlized it didn't really fit her so she wasn't able to steal THOSE from me!!!

-there was also a basketball keychain, cute note pad, and a little note pad book keychain!-

Thanks a ton for the great package Annaonthemoon! you were a great swap partner!!

5  Re: Once You Pop You Can't Stop Swap #4 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by TheLilCrocheter on: August 19, 2007 11:33:01 AM
love all of the stuff in that [email protected]!!!!

- i sent to teartear and she has received so i guess it's time for pics!

i sent her an apron,(love this quote!)
it says "You can help by getting out of my kitchen"
a pot holder / hot mat,

nutritional magnets,

and some more magnets!

even though the apron was really the BIG item in the can, the pot holder definately took A LOT more work since i don't really sew that much. I'm so glad you like it teartear and i would absolutely love any comments from anyone Wink

I RECEIVED ALL OF MY CARDS SO HERE THEY ARE: V is for Veil (rackycoo), W is for Wizards(hardyswanton01), and X is for Xenodocheionology-which means love of hotels (ClarinetCutie)

i had a few problems getting "W" well... this is how i got it:       it got eaten by the post office machine! but luckily with lots of bubble wrap   and the thick and hard material it came out 100% not damaged i guess the post men didn't really listened to the message that was written on the envelope

oh well... thanx tonz to all who made my ATCs i love them all! Smiley
