21  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / What kind of knuckle buster do you have? on: November 02, 2009 07:13:12 PM
I'm looking for a knuckle buster, and everything I've read says to buy from Mr. Imprinter. The problem is that I don't know which model to buy! Any help is appreciated!

23  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Glass Tile Pendants: what do you put on the back? on: September 09, 2009 06:36:21 PM
I normally will seal the image with several coats of varnish. But I just had someone email me to tell me she wore it while she was sweaty and somehow the sweat seeped through the image (I know, gross.) So I'm wondering how to make the back of it more sturdy. Any thoughts are appreciated!
24  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Gardening Whale Pendant on: August 04, 2009 10:53:11 AM

This is a glass tile pendant I made featuring an illustration I did of a gardening octopus.
25  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Alternatives to resin? on: June 09, 2009 07:50:57 PM
I'm looking for a way to seal some pendants that take less time to dry than resin, but maybe have the same effect. Basically what I am doing is printing out my designs and gluing them to wooden tiles. I have used resin in the past and like the outcome, but I need to make some that dry quicker. Any help is appreciated!
26  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Foam Koozies? on: June 01, 2009 10:43:02 AM
I've seen lots of foam koozies at Michaels, and I'd really like to do something with them. Has anyone done anything with them or have any ideas? I'd like to somehow put some of my drawings on them, though I'm not really sure how I would do it. Any ideas are appreciated!

28  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Does anyone know how this was made? on: May 20, 2009 09:17:30 AM
This person has made several things like this, and she says its made of acrylic, but I'm wondering if anyone knows the process. They are amazing!
29  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Whale Ship Creamer on: May 11, 2009 10:48:03 AM

I rescued this very lovely vintage creamer pitcher from a thrift store, then hand-painted one of my whale ships onto it with Pebeo ceramic ink pens.
30  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Tips for Participating in Craft Fairs / Show us your banner! on: May 09, 2009 10:02:30 AM
I'm going to make my first banner ever for the Indieana Handicraft Exchange (www.indieanahandicraftexchange.com), and I'd love to see other people's! Mainly ones that you made yourself, because I'd rather do that than get one printed.
