111  Re: Artist's Choice ATC Swap R2 (Send by May 5) in The Swap Gallery by FishStikks on: May 11, 2007 10:31:33 PM
They made it here too, it just took me awhile to get home and get it posted. Here are my pretties from Maid Mirawyn!!

Did you draw the dancer Maid Mirawyn? She's gorgeous.
I too got some very pretty paper and some nice yarn/ribbon/twine it was wrapped in and lots of blanks, woohoo! Thanks Maid Mirawyn. I'm dying for mine to arrive, gotta be soon.

Here's the scan I did of the cards you sent Ermellina.

Embossing, that's one thing I would love to learn how to do. Just gorgeous.
Thank you and I hope you like the ones I sent to you!

Whew, here goes. This is the first time I've entered one of these and I'm particularly nervous.

Together.

These are hand drawn and colored/painted on gessoed cardboard with a section of wood from my mom's old pig barn from Idaho. That's actual moss on the board you see, not paint.

And apart.

114  Re: THE APRIL GALLERY in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by FishStikks on: April 01, 2007 12:09:25 PM
Wow, I guess I get to be first this month.
I'm still technically a "newbie, at posting and to ATC's but I felt after posting my "first" cards on the newbie first card post that I could post there no more.

This set of ATC's are totally fashioned after what OriginalYouth does with her cards. When I saw hers I thought that it made so much sense and wanted to try it myself.

The hardest part was cutting them apart...

Here they are before...

115  Re: "My First" ATC gallery for all the fabulous newbie ATC Artists in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by FishStikks on: March 28, 2007 06:14:37 PM
Shoot.
My first post went horribly awry and the second one got lost someplace out in space so I will try for a readers digest version.

I just wanted to introduce myself, *hi my name is babbetto and...*
and state that there are some extremely lovely cards in this gallery, I'm so very very impressed and awed.
I too just recently discovered ATC's and I'm totally loving them.
I, in particular, absolutely LOVE the zetti style!

These four cards are my very first four cards and I'm psyching myself up for trying out for a swap as soon as I work up the nerve.

*Know has been traded*

I hope you enjoy.
