1  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Flower pot fountain on: April 10, 2008 01:20:06 PM
I got this idea from a Lowe's magazine. It was fairly simple to make. I just had to buy a fountain kit and a pot. I had some water plants in it, but they didn't last.

2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Makeup box--Simple project for an othewise uneventful afternoon on: April 08, 2008 08:16:28 PM
I got this little box a few years ago with a wedding gift inside. I've used it since then for my makeup, but this week I've been trying to clean up my bedroom and make everything a little more cohesive so I decided the pink and orange had to go. So, I got some fabric out (placemats) and covered the box with tape and glue.

3  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Discussion and Questions / What do I do about this window? on: April 08, 2008 11:15:25 AM
Ok. I just rearranged my bedroom and having the bed on this wall is really the best use of space. BUT I hate how the window is so off-center. Does anyone have any suggestions for balancing this wall? I've thought of covering the wall with fabric but I was wondering if I have any other options.  I know the walls are pretty bare too, I'm going to work on that.

4  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / bottle top table on: January 08, 2007 07:49:03 PM
This is my first post, so hopefully I've done everything right.

My husband had a collection of beer caps and I decided I didn't want them to stay in a basket on top of our bookshelves forever and I thought there must be SOMETHING I can do with them. I have just started to attempt crafts and things in the past year or so. So let know what you think of this little table.
