That looks great!  I'm working on mine right now... but it's nowhere near that cool, yet Cheesy  I love your green color also.

And thanks so much for using small pics (yes I still have dial-up)

Those look great, love the fabrics, too.  I need to try this on a thrift store dresser sitting out in my shop waiting for some TLC.

I know I have seen a cool looking, kind of modernish (not kiddie) rubber duckie print at either Micheal's or Joann...  I can't recall at the moment exactly what it looks like but I remember I really liked it!

Also a while back they had some rubber duckie notecards at IKEA, each a funky photo of a different color duck... I picked out my fav 4 and put them in one of those IKEA clip frames (of course painted the white mat it comes with first).

So just check around and you're sure to find some simple, inexpensive more "grown-up" duckie photos/prints!

Wow those all look great.  The turtleneck recon is my fave!

Love the aprons, may have to try one sometime.

Also have to comment on your pink (Royal Quiet Deluxe?) typewriter, is that yours?  I have a turquoise one!  It's so much fun to use  Grin

How smart!  It looks great as a mirror.

Love them both!  (The dresser looks like my Granny's art deco bedroom suite from the 1930's!)  Yours looks so much better painted black.  Isn't it amazing what a little paint and new knobs can to do furniture???  Thanks for sharing.
10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Purse out of cargo shorts! :-D on: June 21, 2007 07:54:35 PM

Thank you so much for posting this... I got myself a cute pair of cargo pants yesterday at Goodwill but got them home and they are waaaaay too tight on me.  I've been trying to figure out how to rework them so I don't feel like I wasted my money!  Looks like I got myself a new purse, can't wait to get started!
