I'm really happy with how this turned out.  It's made from some clearance yarn I got at walmart.  I don't know if you can tell from the pic, but there is a little bit of sparkle in the yarn.  I made a little flower pin for it, too.

You did a great job!  Don't worry about the stuffing- part of it is the contrast between the dark yarn and light stuffing.  With time, your stitches will get tighter and that will also help with the stuffing issue.  Very cute!
