Ive been crocheting off and on for about 17 years but only attempted a sweater this month. I found the pattern on Pinterest: https://pin.it/cg32uqv2tjogif. I used Yarn Bee (Hobby Lobbys brand) Breathe Deep. Its a very soft worsted weight yarn but I noticed too late that its hand wash only.  Angry

Anyway, heres some pictures:

Its half-double crochet.

Im super proud of this! Thanks for looking!

Thanks! The lion suede is 2 different colors- one is rust and the other is variegated.

The pictures look great as do you, your kitties, and projects! Is the Lion Brand Suede variegated, or is that two separate colors? It's very autumnal.
5  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Scarves for Cats (Cuteness Overload) on: November 09, 2019 06:55:50 PM
After having my cats model scarves, my husband suggested I make scarves FOR cats. So I did.

Heres Mercury modeling a ribbed cowl.

Not to be out-done with cuteness, here is Cleo modeling the cowl.

Heres Mercury modeling a color variation.

And Cleo showing off an infinity scarf.

If anyone wants a tutorial for either of these let me know and Ill post one.  Thanks for looking!

Thanks, everyone!  I'm actually trying cat sized scarves since human ones are too big for them.

That is amazing and very well done.  I also love the color you chose!

That is so cute!  Heck, I'd wear that and I'm 35.
9  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Scarves and a Scoodie (Modeled by My Cats) on: November 07, 2019 08:46:07 AM
After getting some bad news, my brain decided to turn to crochet.  I've made a couple scarves and a scoodie and am currently working on a sweater.  I've never made a sweater before so hopefully that will go well.  Anyway, here's what I've made so far.

Scarf made from Lion Brand Suede I found at a thrift shop, modeled by my chonk Mercury.

Scoodie!  I used Bernat velvet and while it is very soft and light, it is also a little floppy.  I added the "fur" to help it keep it's shape a little better.  Craftster really wants this image to be sideways.

Infinity scarf, also made with Bernat velvet.  They sure give you your money's worth with those skeins!  This one is modeled by myself and Cleo.  Craftster really wants this image to be upside down for some reason.

A close-up of the infinity scarf.

Sorry for the odd photos, I edited them in Craftster picture hosting and apparently it didn't work. Thanks so much for looking!
