This is just an aww photo Smiley

Thanks everyone! I adore her room. The quilt on the wall was made by a friend of mine. Another friend made a pink and zebra quilt with black Mary Jane baby shoes hanging on her wall as well I'll have to take pictures of.
Working in a fabric store I'm surrounded bu creative people. We received so many amazing gifts from co-workers and customers that I have displayed as wall candy Smiley

4  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Pastel pretty baby quilt on: February 20, 2011 09:16:49 AM
So I wanted to try something a little out of the norm of my dark colors and skulls I prefer to make a quilt for my baby. I cut a ton of squares up tossed them all in a bag and blindly grabbed them one at a time.

I've been quilting like crazy the past year or so. I made this, with a friend, for a baby shower gift.

7  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Lime green/purple leopard dresser refresh on: October 13, 2010 02:01:48 PM
I inherited a small dresser from my mom's neighbors for the nursery we're decorating. It was non discript with each drewer painted a primary color... Cute but not our style. I first primed the drawers then went to town painting it to suit my taste- loud and tacky!

8  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Japanese Tea Garden on: May 19, 2010 07:26:20 PM
I've gotten into quilting over the past couple years but avoided anything complicated untill rrecently.  This is one of the first I've actually finished.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Rib Cage Dress on: July 19, 2009 05:37:19 PM
I bought a tshirt super cheap, that was too big for me, knowing I'd end up doing something with it.  Last night at work I had an epiphany  and couldn't wait to get home and start cracking out.  This is what I did from 10:30 till 2 in the morning with a t-shirt, two different stretch velvets and some cool eyelet trim I've been holding on to forever.  Now I have to mow the lawn to hide the black stripes from spray painting the trim- Luckily hubby thinks black grass is cool.

10  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / More Baby Punk Clothing on: June 09, 2008 08:23:57 AM
I made some new clothing!  I've been crazy making Cribbing
( https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=250644.0 )

This is made from a black t-shirt and a knit leopard print shirt.  It was supposed to have a zipper down the front but I haven't decided if I want to add that yet or not.

The pants are made from a wool skirt and the diaper covers are from a bolt of fabric that I got from   Wal-Mart at $1 yrd and have used for EVERYTHING for years =)
