1  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Latest News / Re: Craftster Site Announcement on: December 03, 2019 06:40:01 AM
So sorry to hear about this. Good luck and many thanks to the admins trying to find alternatives!

I have had good luck with chat/photo groups on the Band app. Just throwing out another option people may not be familiar with. But I trust the admins to come up with a great solution!

Hope to swap with you all again soon!

I cant speak to why they do this, but this is definitely not a new concept. I have seen mannequins like that at many stores over the years.
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Sea Life Swap? on: March 19, 2019 05:30:03 AM
Yes, stuffed animals! Ive been sitting on a horseshoe crab project for years... all I need is an excuse.

Although May is crazy for me, so I cast my vote for April or June.

5  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: chiffon vs tulle vs organza on: January 25, 2019 03:36:45 AM
I would be inclined to use organza because of the fullness, and because it will be the easiest to work with. Chiffon would be the most difficult, and tulle would be the cheapest, if that makes a difference. Both will have a softer finished look than organza.
